The Heavy King is the secondary antagonist of the Tails Keeps Sonic Alive franchise.
He specifically serves as a supporting antagonist in Tails Keeps Sonic Alive and the main antagonist of Nemesis Revenge (specifically as the overarching antagonist of season 1 and the main antagonist of season 2).
Originally, he was a robot designed by Dr. Eggman in order to defeat Sonic, perform his dirty work and just overall serve him. But when he, alongside 4 other robots are sent to retrieve the Phantom Ruby, they are transformed into the Hard-Boiled Heavies, whom of which the Heavy King assumes the role of their leader.
Now, he is the tyrannical leader of the heavies, hell-bent on harnessing the Phantom Ruby’s power for some currently unknown goal, most likely world domination or destruction.
