Aleister Crowley III: Let me guess, you are one of Odin's sons? Heimdall, is it?
Heimdall: Well, you are damn correct, little mutate. But I'm not here to celebrate how you know me. I'm here to tie up a loose end from the All-Father, something that sad, pathetic excuse of a humanoid patchwork who can't even deal a bitch. And I'm talking about that Chito girl. You give her to the All-Father and I'll spare you what left of that soul of yours anyway. Fail, and you know what will happen. Well, no need to ask, because I can foretell how much you will fail badly.
~ Heimdall mocking Aleister Crowley III and how he greatly hates Mahito the most.

Heimdall is a major antagonist in the Unity Force series. He serves as one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside Mahito) of Unity Force Missions: Blue Reflection.

Like in the canon, Heimdall is Odin's left-hand man, the Aesir's watchman, and the God of Foresight. He carries on his will with absolute fanaticism and arrogance.

Known for bearing the fabled Gjallarhorn, Heimdall pledged to defend Asgard alongside the King of the Aesir, keeping an eye out for intruders and the approach of Ragnarök. Heimdall believed that he was Odin's most precious possession and closest friend, and that he was the ideal instrument for the Aesir due to his exceptional foresight abilities and total control of bifröst.

Similarly, during the events of the Unity Force series, he and the rest of the Aesir's goals of Ragnarök came to a pause after revealing a greater threat and opportunity to their goals: Chito, who bears Crimson Lightning. He and the rest of the Aesir initially allied with Mahito and the Disaster Curses to retrieve Chito, before abandoning them following their defeat at the hands of Chito's group. He serves as one of the two arch-enemies of the Unity Force (alongside Mahito) during the story arc and actively targetting the group after Mahito's death.

Appearance[]

Similar to his canon counterpart.

Personality[]

Similar to his canon counterpart.

Additionally, his racist attitude towards others who are not Aesir come to a head when he encounters Mahito and the Disaster Curses, with Heimdall giving him the deriding nickname "patchwork". Even after Mahito's death, Heimdall still shows shades of arrogance, treating the Disaster Curse leader posthumously as if he's nothing more than a useless ally to Odin.

Background[]

Similar to his canon counterpart.

Heimdall makes a cameo appearance in Chapter 3 of the Blue Reflection story arc with Odin and Thor talking to the Disaster Curses about their plans of getting Chito. However, an argument started between Mahito and Heimdall, prompting Thor to break the argument.

He would never be encountered again until Chapter 14, where he arrived on Earth-146692, prompting the Einherjar who were fighting against Tusk, Aleister Crowley III, and Allen Walker to stop wasting their time. In line with his personality, Heimdall rudely told the Einherjar to leave, before telling them that he will deal with the trio personally, as well as calling Mahito useless. Heimdall only mocked at the trio as he began fighting them, before sarcastically correcting them that he is not the same as Mahito, boasting that he will deal the loose end to the All-Father before calling the late Disaster Curse leader as a "sad, pathetic excuse of a humanoid patchwork" who was defeated by Chito during the attack on the latter's base.

As usual, Heimdall arrogantly proclaimed how he predicted the trio's chances of losing against him, where he would beat up Tusk easily as Heimdall declared who he really is. With his power of Foresight, Heimdall easily dodged the trio's attacks, ranging from Allen's Cross Alpha and Beta to Crowley III's claw attacks and with Tusk's own, before proceeding to choke Allen to the neck, chillingly telling him that he and the rest meddled with things beyond their understanding. However, Heimdall was attacked from behind by both Tusk and Crowley III, prompting him to fight back, before the two heroes realised his weakness: unpredictability. Heimdall only smugly said that they only fought one Aesir and they never knew the extent of what Odin will do to them. As the trio threw a mix of attacks all at once, Heimdall's foresight was overwhelmed, but he soon used his Hofuð as he stopped time through Realm Shift around the trio. In the midst of it, Heimdall starts beating up the trio at rapid pace, proclaiming that it was never personal to begin with had they listen to Odin and give in to his demands, before bellowing that they're instead acting like "rebellious shits" according to him. Afterwards, Heimdall managed to overpower the three heroes at once, attempting to kill Tusk, mocking him that he would find great company in Helheim, the Norse realm of the dead. However, Odin stopped him, before disappearing with the All-Father. With Heimdall's attack on the city, the rest of the heroes were promptly warned about the threat he is posing.
