Hellena is a major antagonist in the Riggy the Runkey franchise, specifically serving as the overarching antagonist of the "Demon+Hell" arc.
She is the ruler of Hell who forces Riggy Runkey to make up for his actions of summoning jeremy to the surface.

Based on what we've seen of her so far, Hellena is shown to be a cynical, snarky, easily-angered individual, who is known for being the Ruler/Queen of Hell. She is also overdramatic, according to Riggy. Speaking of Riggy, the two are shown to have a bad relationship, with Hellena being annoyed at Riggy's presence in Hell.
