Herbert "Herb" Overkill is the titular villain protagonist of the fan-made animatic "Queen of Villainy'", which was made by Beedknee and sung by MilkyyMelodies. He is the loyal assistant and obedient husband of Scarlet Overkill, whom he worships.
Biography[]
While not too much is known about Herb's backstory. it was known that he would meet Scarlet Overkill at a Villain-Con event. Herb is impressed of her invention. Herb and Scarlet would both fall in love with each other, with Herb also introducing her with inventions he also made. He would genuinely value her as a person and show a very strong loyalty to her, with the two eventually getting married, with the Wedding Priest being with them.
Scarlet would at times even allow Herb to team up with her to do crimes together. Once The Vicious Six crashed the wedding, Scarlet would be shown to be wearing the specially made rocket dress Herb made for her underneath her wedding dress, she would stop Belle Bottom with ease. They would also go to steal a red ruby from a museum before both escaping.
In the end, Herb and his beloved wife Scarlet would eventually enter the Kingdom of England, with Scarlet Overkill getting crowed as queen, thus getting what she always wished for.
Personality[]
There shows to be no difference of Herb from his original counterpart, still being the intelligent, very loyal and loving husband to his wife Scarlet Overkill.
