Mayor Howard Washington is the former secondary antagonist turned major character of of the three-part 2023 Power Rangers film and the dark superhero science-fiction mystery thriller film, Lady Purple.
He is the de-facto leader of the fascist Anti-Power Rangers Association and dictator of a dystopian Angel Grove. He is the father of Libby Washington and husband of Sandra Washington and he happens to be the former enemy turned ally of Lucy Baine, Andy Parker, Maggie Smith, Chaz Dalton, Artemis Cross, Darrel Jones and Henry King.
He was portrayed by Ryan Robbins.
