Howie Mandel is the main villainous protagonist of the Tow Mater Error series by CECOfficialIsBack.
He is an evil Havoc Wreaker who is invading Kimberly's devices to torture her, And he likes to wreak havoc around the world, And he is the archenemy of Robbie Rotten and Kimberly.
He was voiced by the IVONA Brian voice on GoAnimate.
