Human is the main antagonist of the 2024 mod of the 2007 video game, Halo 3, Five Nights with the Flood.

He was a human who participated in the Battle of Earth where he fought against the invading Covenant forces and eventually the Flood outbreak moments before the Glassing of Voi. Following these battles, Human was infected into a combat form by one of the three surviving Flood infectors and became the leader of the Flood quartet. With the protagonist hired to watch over the Tayari Plaza to watch for alien activity, Human leads the Flood to attempt to hunt down the Protagonist to kill him.

Personality[]

While his personality as a human remains unknown, as a Flood, he is bloodthirsty, cannablistic and aggressive as a threat towards the player. As a Flood combat form, he is surpisingly a lot more intelligent unlike any other standard Flood Combat form in their feral stages as he is known to be much more coordinated, strategic and opportunistic to pursue many ways to get into the office to kill the player. As leader of the Flood in the plaza, he possesses a strong leadership for the quartet to pull up different opportunities to ensure they would kill the player.

Appearance[]

As known before his assimilation by the Flood, Human was a human marine in the UNSC Marine Corps. Like the rest of the Marines within the UNSC, he wears a military armor with the plating on his armor being olive-green and his fatigues showing to have a stylized lighter wooded camoflauge.

As a combat form, he shares a similar appearance to the other Flood combat forms in his quartet. While he maintains almost entirely of his original appearance, the upper half of his body is shown mutated as he is covered in decaying flesh with a brain as a head with pedals for eyes and his arm having three tentacles with a claw on each end of the tentacle. His original head, while decayed, is still seen at the back of his infected body which is shown how much he is suffering from his infection despite how he succumbed to his transformation.

Behavior[]

During night 1, Human will be the only Flood to be seen and active as he comes out of the stage room to roam the plaza in search for the player. Human will have his attemts to pursue the player by attempting to enter either the left door or the right door to proceed to enter. If the player fails to close one of the doors, Human will enter and use his claws to slash, killing the player with the camera zooming out to third person, resulting in the night mission to be restarted.

When the power shuts off, instead of heading to the office without problems, he will instantly vanish but has yet to do it in a later update.

Despite being only a combat form with Stalker as the only pure form, Human is the only one who is the leader of the Flood in the mod.
His role in the game is quite similar to Freddy Fazbear's as they are both leaders of a group of stalkers who tent to stalk and kill the protagonist in the office.
