Ill is the titular main antagonist of the web series Johnknee & Ill, created by Sr Pelo. Ill is a psychotic, megalomaniacal individual of unknown origin who gets in Johnknee’s way, annoys him, and abuses him every episode.

Ill is very bipolar towards Johnknee, going from friendly to abusive. However, sometimes she is only the latter. A notable example is in the episode The Punch, whereas she asks what Johnknee is doing, interrupts him, and proceeds to punch him for no reason, while another Ill is defending him. In Stuck, she got extremely annoyed with Johnknee’s stuck face and repeatedly punches him. She is shown to also have an ego in the episode The Drawing, when she killed a bird and dropped Johnknee from a tree just because he didn’t say she was better than him at painting.
Examples for her bipolarity are in:
- Gift, where she receives a gift from Johnknee. However, Johnknee destroys it when she doesn’t give a gift to Johnknee. She then proceeds to turn Johnknee into her gift, and puts it on top of wrapping paper, right before another Johnknee appears, restarting the cycle.
- Looking, whereas she checks on Johnknee and accuses him of looking at pornography. Once she faked crying and Johnknee went down from his couch, she goes on there to learn that he was looking at food. She gets very angry that Johnknee was looking at food without her, and abused him.
- The Drawing, where she sees Johnknee drawing himself on a chair. He tells Ill that he may be better than her, and crushes a bird with her fist before forcing Johnknee to draw. He fails, and Ill drops him from a tree.

Trivia[]
- Ill is based off of internet artist SecretNarcissist in design. Ironically, despite Ill's antagonistic and sociopathic behaviour, SecretNarcissist was actually Sr. Pelo's girlfriend in real life when Ill was created.
- Ill’s name is never said by Johnknee, which is ironic considering how frequently she says his name.
