Isabel Carboni is the secondary antagonist in the fourth season, Disventure Camp: Carnival of Chaos of the Mexican animated web series Disventure Camp.
She was one of the eighteen contestants who competed in the season. She started off on the Blue Team before being swapped to the Red Team. She is the archenemy of Anastasia.
She is voiced by Kotori Hikari in Spanish and Rio! in English.
Personality[]
While on the surface, Isabel seems like an ordinary nun who simply worships God and Jesus. In reality, Isabel is much more strategic than expected. Several times in the game, she uses her strategy to do several amoral things such as trying her hardest to avoid having Marissa back in the game to avoid a future threat and putting Anastasia and Marrisa in a tiebreaker as vengeance, trying her hardest to avoid having Marissa back in the game to avoid a future threat.
Ultimately, Isabel isn't inheritably evil. She felt remorse for putting Anastasia and Marrisa against each other and tried to apologize to Anastasia for it, despite hating her. However, she still doesn't support Anastasia in the finale, finding her gameplay too aggressive despite Isabel's own actions.
Biography[]
Isabel, like the other contestants arrived in a helicopter to Stawaki Carnival. She is assigned to the Blue Team alongside Anastasia, Marrisa, Natalia, Lynda, Richard, Logan, Ted, and Alessio. In the challenge, her team lost. After the letter Emily delivered telling each team to select a team member, Isabel is nominated by her team to be the representative alongside Jade from the Red Team. When they get there, they get three options. The first being a survival kit, the second being flint and a clue to an immunity idol, and the third being an immunity idol. Isabel chose the immunity idol and made a cover-up story with Jade that they both followed.
Isabel got invited into an all-girls alliance by Natalia, alongside Marrisa and Anastasia. During the challenge, Isabel faced off against Hannah, but Hannah distracted her and knocked Isabel off the platform. Her team lost the challenge in the end. The original target was Ted for knowing about the Girls alliance, but Ted persuaded Lynda to change votes causing Alessio's elimination.
In the next challenge, Isabel chose truth instead of dare and is asked how her upbring caused her conversion to being religious. Isabel told the truth and got her challenge into the next cart. Her team won the challenge in the end.
In the morning, Marrisa struggled to start a fire. Logan came and tried to make one, but it ran out soon later. Anastasia and Logan had a friendly fire making competition that Isabel and Natalia judged which Anastasia won. Isabel is assigned to be a hunter in the challenge. However, her team lost thanks to Spencer not being found. In the elimination ceremony, Isabel voted for Ted and he was eliminated.
In the morning, Marrisa tried to pitch a final 5 with her, Natalia, Anastasia, Isabel, and Lynda, feeling as if they've excluded Lynda, Isabel rejected that idea stating that the trust was already broken between them. During the challenge, she, Natalia, and Logan went together. Isabel tried to plant the idea that Logan had an idol due to seemingly being good at finding things. Her team won the challenge in the end.
During the next challenge, Isabel tried to pair up with the other girls but was put in with Logan and Richard for a better chance of winning. The song they performed was called "Captivated". However, the scores they received from Derek, Trevor, and Emily wasn't that good.
In the morning, Natalia went to Isabel and confessed she was working with Logan and Richard. Isabel stated she wasn't mad and neither was Jesus, something Natalia didn't care about. Her team won the challenge that happened in the episode.
After Natalia blocked Isabel from entering the shelter, Lynda went in and found out Logan and Richard were looking in their belongings. Isabel came in and made up a cover-up for them and told them she was interested in working with them to betray the other girls. Isabel confirmed in a confessional she didn't actually mean it, but she'd rather play both sides. Isabel and her team won the challenge thanks to Ivy and Zaid sabotaging their own team. However, thanks to a twist, Isabel was moved into the Red Team after Spencer was eliminated and swapped. In the challenge, Isabel, alongside Zaid was the last one standing on their team and won the challenge. Jade and Isabel had a conversation that was interrupted by them hearing Benji eavesdrop. In the end of the challenge, her team won.
While eavesdropping on Zaid and Ivy's conversation, when they were about to kiss, she interrupted them. Ivy prompted Zaid to leave out of embarrassment. Isabel had a talk with Ivy about her past relationships with the fact her boyfriend was a sinner. After their conversation, Isabel and Jade offer Hannah to vote off Zaid or Ivy due to their threat. During the challenge, Isabel's performance in it was rather poor. However, her team still won. In the next day, her, Jade, and Hannah had a conversation about the possibility of the Lynda tiebreaker and when asked how it was having Lynda on her team, Isabel doesn't answer. After Hannah left, Jade asked Isabel why she came to the show, Isabel revealed to Jade she was casted out of from her past convent and while she joined another one later, it didn't erase her past and she came to the show to find a new purpose. In the challenge, Isabel grabbed the first ladder piece from the elephant successfully. However, despite the Red Team's lead, they still lost the challenge. In the end, Isabel and Jade managed to persuade Hannah and reluctantly Benji into voting for Ivy with them, resulting in Ivy's elimination.
