Ivan Aleksandrovich Melkikh is a minor antagonist in The New Order: Last Days of Europe, a mod of Hearts of Iron 4. He is a potential security minister of of Komi under Sergey Taboritsky, leader of the Holy Russian Empire's air force's Imperial Airborne Brigades which split off and became it's own warlord state after his death.

Biography[]

Early life[]

Ivan Melkikh was the leader of Holy Russian Empire's air force's Imperial Airborne Brigades following Taboritsky taking control of Komi and later, all of Russia.

After Midnight[]

The airborne brigades of the Holy Russian Empire were largely considered to be the least politicized branch of the military, and so when the Imperial Airborne Brigades secedes from the empire, Ivan Melkikh is aligned towards despotism rather than the Taboritsky's ideals.

Personality[]

Due to the Air force being the least politicised branch of the Empire's armed forces, he have abandoned the Imperial Cult and turned towards banditry. His doesn't believe in what Taboritsky likes and just cares about raiding in his own fiefdom and raiding the "Nenetsian Free Army" in the northwest.
