Jake McCoy is the main protagonist in the SMR Stories series, Thug Life and minor antagonist in the Super Mario Richie series. Jake McCoy is the son of Justin McCoy and Judish McCoy. He was orphaned at birth due to the Gators leader, Xavier killing both of his parents. Jake was raised by his Adoptive mother, Susan. Jake would grow up to be a gangster and petty thief until he started to rob banks professionally. Jake would start his own gang called the Dakotas

Jake McCoy would be born as the son of Justin McCoy and Judish McCoy. Justin was a known gangster and shortly after given birth to Jake would be confronted by Xavier, his former Friend. Xavier would kill both Justin and Judish. Xavier would prepare to kill Jake but Officer Wally would stop him and take Jake to Susan where she would adopt Jake. Jake would live with Susan for many years, being raised by her. Jake would be shown that he graduate highschool. Jake would mention that he had been friends with Travis, Ned and Tony since highschool.
Thug Life[]
"Underdogs"[]
Jake would be smoking with Ned, Travis and Tony. They would all later come up with a plan to steal various things from Walmart. They would all go into Walmart and steal various chips. They put it into a bag and Security would catch on. Officer Wally and other cops would try to arrest them and manage to escape from them. The group would come up with another plan to steal from an ATM. They would manage to get thousands of dollars from the ATM but the sirens would ring and they would leave. Gators members would try to attack them but they would end up failing and they managed to escape with the money.
"The Set Up"[]
Jake would go to Antonio to pick up some cocaine. After picking his coke, Jake would be attacked by Gators members. A mysterious girl named Carly would save Jake from them and would ask if she can join Jake's group. Jake would be iffy at first but would let her join. Jake would bring Carly to his house to go over the plan but Susan would make go through a family therapy session with her and Doctor Hill. Jake would be extremely disrespecful to Susan and Doctor Hill and leave downstairs to go over the plan. Jake would introduce Carly to the rest of the group. Ned would go over the plan to the rest of the group and would tell Jake that they need a getaway vehicle for the heist. Tony and Jake would later find their old classmate Daniel's car. Tony would sweet talk Daniel and pretend like he cares about what Daniel is saying. Jake would take the car and Tony would hop in the passenger seat , leaving Daniel behind.
"First Big Score!"[]
Ned would drive Jake, Tony and Carly to the jewelry store. They would all arrive in ski masks and take all the jewelry they can out of the store. The cops would be on their tail and they would fire shots at the cops. Ned would drive them away with the cops still being behind them. Ned tells Travis that they are near his location. Ned and the rest get to Travis' location. Everyone would leave the car. Travis would throw a bomb under the car to leave no evidence behind. Officer Wally and Greninja would have the group at gun point. Carly would make a quick movement and attack Wally. Tony would pressure Jake into shooting Greninja and Jake would kill Greninja in reaction to that. This would buy the group more time to escape. The group would continue to run but Jake would realize that Officer Wally has Carly. Squirtle would take off her mask and find out her identity. Carly would punch him and Jake would help Carly against Officer Wally and Squirtle. Carly would ask why Jake came back. Jake would tell her that they can't leave anyone behind. Carly would thank him a lot. Jake would talk about his past and why he doesn't like to kill people. Carly would talk about her past . They would talk about their goals in life. Jake and Carly would kiss shortly after this conversation. They would leave after they hear cop sirens. They would both arrive to Jake's house meeting up with the rest of the team. Tony would get mad at Jake for taking a long time to get back to the house. Tony would suspect that there is something going on between Jake and Carly. After calculating all their earnings, everyone else would go home. Jake would see on the news about their heist and go to sleep right after.

Personality[]
Jake McCoy at the start, had grown used to life living in the ghetto, with the motto being kill or be killed. However, he doesn't actually like hurting people unless he absolutely has to and at first became horrified and remorseful when he was forced to kill. Jake is very kind and protective of his friends and although he's annoyed with Susan, he truly does love her and wants to make money in Dakota to get himself and the people he loves out of the ghetto and to a better place.
