The Boss: How did they allow this to happen?
Meg: Everything is under control. We always keep our promises.
The Boss: Remember we have a deal. And if they don't comply, they will have to pay for it in a way!
Meg: Yeah... We get it.
~ The Boss having a conversation with Meg about the deal.

El Jefe (The Boss in English) also known as El Hombre Misterioso (The Mysterious Man in English) is the overarching antagonist of the YouTube series FNAFHS (currently stilized as FHS). As his name implies, he's a man who is the boss of Owynn, Eak, Towntrap, and Cami. He's behind of various things related to the entire series.

He acts as the overarching antagonist of seasons 1 and 2, and the unseen overarching antagonist of Z3RO.

He was voiced by Glenfy.

Personality[]

The Boss is a wicked and cold person, he's also totally manipulative, provoking that in order to get what he wants he will do the impossible to achieve it. He is also a strict person, when his minions, especially Owynn, do not find the plans or fail in them, causing him to threaten them with death.

In addition, he is totally desperate, causing him to be impatient.

Appearance[]

In his appearance in "Es Hora De Cambiar" his appearance is not known to the concrete more than a totally black figure.

History[]

Background[]

His past is unknown, although it is understood that at some point he met four boys who one of them (Cami) had a Shadow and to free her from said Shadow they needed to sabotage the Spring Event.

Season 1[]

The Boss makes his debut in the episode "El Pasado Oscuro de Mangle". He appears talking to Meg where he asks her how they could lose, a nervous Meg mentions that everything is under control, he angrily threatens her saying that they made a deal and if she doesn't comply they will have to pay for it, implying that Meg made the deal with The Boss for her group Los Toys to win the Spring Event.

In the beginning of "Los Toys En Problemas" Eak (one of his minions) talks with him saying that everything is ready.

Season 2[]

In the post-credit scene of "Es Hora De Cambiar" he asks Owynn if everything was fine according to plan, the latter nervously tells him that everything was fine just that he was concerned too much, so the Boss points him that he will fire him if his plan fails, then he leaves.

It is implied that he was the deliver man who give Owynn the note in "El Tiempo se Terminó" because his plan to sabotage the bands had failed.

Tu tiempo se ha terminado
(Your time is over)
~ The note written by the Boss to Owynn.

FHSZ3R0[]

Although he does not appear in this season (now considered an AU), it can be said that he was the one who hired Lana to do the job of taking care of the Spring Event, after Owynn's failure.

Appearances[]

Season 1

  • "El Pasado Oscuro de Mangle" ("Mangle's Dark Past") (debut)
  • "Los Toys En Problemas" ("Los Toys are in Trouble")

Season 2

  • "Es Hora De Cambiar" ("It's Time to Change")
  • "El Tiempo se terminó" ("The Time is Over") (canon final appearance)

Quotes[]

The Boss: Any issues to report?
Owynn: S-sir! E-everything's going according to plan. The-the teams have been disqualified and we're moving on to the Spring Event
The Boss: Someone who has everything under control shouldn't be as nervous as you are
Owynn: Huh? Uh, no, well. Y- you know how I am sir, I... I worry too much (nervously laughs)
The Boss: Well, I hope you remember the consequences if your plan fails (he leaves)
~ The Boss talking to Owynn and then leaving him a reminder

Trivia[]

  • It is believed that he's based on William Afton, the main antagonist of FNAF.
  • There are many theories that suggest that he is El Camarero (The Waiter in English), a minor character which appeared in three episodes, because both are voiced by Glenfy.
  • There's also theories that suggest he's the responsible of the murder of Springtrap's parents, and the fire of Aiden Fox and Meg's parent house (although in the case of Fox it is probably due to carelessness of him that caused the house to burn down).
