Jeff is a minor protagonist turned-secondary antagonist in the 2014 HydroLing's video SpongeBob In: A Haunting. He was a friend of SpongeBob, Patrick, and Fat Mike who later got possessed by the Demons.

Past[]
So far, nothing is known about his past, or how he met SpongeBob, Patrick and Fat Mike. Regardless, he happens to be a nice individual who was a good friend to each of them. He is also presumably well known to be a good friend to Mike as well. As for SpongeBob, he actually shows to have a great friendship/bond with Jeff.
SpongeBob In: A Haunting[]
He and Fat Mike are first seen coming over to visit SpongeBob and Patrick to spend a night for a hangover at their new house. He then watches both Patrick and Mike play Xbox together while Patrick tells SpongeBob to get them the drinks much to SpongeBob's dismay. Hearing of what he considers amusement when Patrick says that SpongeBob is living in the house for free mainly due to the Krusty Krab going out of business, he called him "Little Bobby".
That night when he, Mike and Patrick were intoxicated watching the Walking Dead, Jeff asked who the person is right by Mike due to the side effects from the beer he drank. Suddenly, the TV turns off and Patrick turns on the lamp where Jeff noticed a demon leaving. Terrified of what he saw, Mike assumed he was hallucinating while Patrick called it for the night. For that, everyone decided to go to sleep where Jeff slept on the small couch he was sitting at.
Later, Jeff awakened with his eyes seen dilated, revealing that he was already possessed by the demons. He soon leaves the living room and begins walking around the house with a creepy smile on his face then vanishes without a trace. Because of his disappearance at night, SpongeBob, Patrick and Mike have a discussion about what happened to Mike where it is revealed that they couldn't gain contact with him. Mike guesses that Jeff may have already left home when the door was left wide open with Patrick claiming to find out only to reveal that he's not doing so and leaves anyway with Mike, leaving SpongeBob the only one to show that he truly shows concern about Jeff.
In the final night, Jeff joins with the other demons who became more active the following night. He raises his hand at the camera, destroying it in the process. After Patrick's death at the basement by one of the demons, he is soon sent to SpongeBob's room where he stands at the bedroom door. SpongeBob Awakens and asks if Patrick is there. In response, he lets out a demonic scream and lunges at the camera, destroying it moments before killing SpongeBob off-screen.
