History[]
The Batman[]
Jack Leeson has known about the hero crystal much longer than anyone else knew about it. He spent his life as a thief and a ruthless criminal and assassin as well as Bruce Wayne's former friend turned arch-nemesis. He eventually stole the hero crystal in secret from his two buddies Bruce and Selina Kyle. He by mistake also released villains from the other Batman/DC universes via using the powers of the crystal without even knowing the result. He is then seen spending the night with Selina and Bruce, and the three of them eventually meet Jim Gordon, who informs them about a criminal called "The Joker" who stole the hero crystal from some museum inside the city. Jack did not admit that he is The Joker, and therefore, the three continued chatting and they eventually encountered the Batman from another universe's Gotham. Batman from the other universe has informed them that The Legion of Horribles, led by Two-Face and his second in command The Penguin, were using the doorway which The Joker has opened by using the crystal in order to destroy the entire existence and whatever is inside each and every universe no matter the cost. They eventually fought and defeated Mr. Freeze from the movie Batman & Robin. The Joker then made an excuse that he needs to go to his home, but instead, he secretly went to the factory of Ace Chemcials in order to see his beloved hero crystal. He eventually got there and he found Harley Quinn from the DC Extended Universe. The two became a couple and best buddies. The Joker then shot Bane from the Nolanverse and he then revealed his true colors to the two Batmans and he threw on them a gas grenade. He and Harley then stole the batmobile and escaped from the two heroes. However, victory was short lived. As they've returned to the chemical factory, they saw Two-Face and Penguin kidnapping Selina, and after that, Two-Face betrayed The Penguin. To make matter worse, Two-Face also took the crystal from The Joker and then he shot Jack and made him fall into the acid. After that Harley, The Penguin and Batman then escaped from Two-Face as Batman and Selina stayed to fight him. However, The Penguin threatened to kill them all despite being saved by them and pointed at them a gun as he was going to kill them out of pure sadism. However, The Joker returned after he was transformed and mutated, and he shot The Penguin, thus causing him to be injured. After Two-Face was killed and The Penguin was arrested, Batman and Selina were on a date, but The Joker and Harley came to the same spot in order to cause some mayhem.
Day of The Hero[]
The Joker first appeared murdering Joe Chill and knocking out Bruce Wayne, only so he could find his way to enter the control room and open a portal called the green gate which shall merge between all worlds. The Avengers and their enemies found a way to enter the portal and come into Gotham. Jason Cunningham and Ava Cross also entered through the gate as they have both become part of a new faction; a union between The Avengers and The Justice League called The Fantastic Knights. Jack Leeson in the meanwhile joined the villainous alliance which is lead by Mordo, as their intentions were to conquer the universe and give themselves happier endings. As Jason, Ava and Albert Desemond have gone to stop The Joker at the Ace Chemical factory, they hear from Jack's old nemesis The Catwoman about his ultimate masterplan to wreak havoc and bomb up Gotham with gas with Doctor Alchemy's help.
As Ava and Albert go to detach his bombs, Ava learns that Albert is actually Doctor Alchemy in secret. Meanwhile, The Flash (who is actually Jason) and The Catwoman go to handle The Joker, and the Catwoman pushes the chaotic megalomaniac off the bridge, as he falls into the acid bath. He later recovers from his injuries, as the acid fully transformed him into "The Joker", and he ordered his men to load one of the bombs into a truck, just to demonstrate his insane tactics.
He tried to escape Batman with one of the bombs in his hands, but it exploded and did not even feel any pain (though he did remark that it's not so funny).
Much later, the bombs were activated and his plans work; Gotham is destroyed as all the bombs explode at once and the city becomes a no man's land.
