Prince Jostan Terradon is one of the main antagonists of the TV show Lords of Iron. He is the son of Agrellius Terradon and his late ex-wife Miara, who wanted Sheeva as his own queen at all costs. He is a spoiled teenager who happens to be the next ruler of Capister.

He serves as a major antagonist of the first season, and one of the main antagonists (alongside his father Agrellius and Baron Conster Vile) of the second season, thus acting as the main antagonist in the Capister arc. He is also a posthumous antagonist in the third and final season.

He is portrayed by Nathan O'Toole.

History[]

Season 1[]

Befriending Sheeva[]

Jostan was known as the child of justice to his people in Capister, but in reality he was far from a good person. He was born to Agrellius and his ex-wife Miara. He was taught by his father that a king can do whatever he wants as long as he does it for the country and not for personal gain. He asks if he could befriend Sheeva from Treetopia. Agrellius explains that it's an enemy country. Jostan however goes to meet Sheeva in the Wadern Woods, and the two date together and fall in love. He asked her if she wants to marry him, and she replied that she is already with Dunner. An angered Jostan demands her to take his hand, but she runs off instead. He later orders Aramog to slaughter the entire royal family of Treetopia. Aramog however questions him and implies that wars are more important than personal business with a girl. Jostan however angrily replies that he did not hear the king, not the general nor anyone else questioning him. Aramog then asks him why he is behaving like a monstrous buffoon. Jostan replies that he is the prince and that he could make him loose his rank as the military general of the kingdom. However, he adds that he has a much worse plan for him, as he orders his guards to take him to the skinning room of the torture chamber. Aramog however convinces Jostan to give him another chance. He agrees, but orders the guards to take General Cob Drake to be tortured, so he could have a more handsome head on his walls in the castle.

Versus Dunner and Jenodus[]

During the night, Jostan Terradon and his men attack the castle of Treetopia. After the guards break the castle door, Jostan enters the throne room and calls for Sheeva. Sheeva comes to him and asks him what he is doing in the castle. He replied that he is here for a date with her, but that he needs her to come with him to Capister. She refuses and calls him a brat. He angrily tells her that he will not be mocked like a bird anymore. Jenodus and Dunner then came and fought him with their swords. Jostan however stabbed Dunner with his sword, and told him that this is a warning shot. While he was in the castle, his guards ambushed many Treetopia civillians and they were all brought to the skinning room. Jostan told his servants where to put their heads on the walls of the castle. Aramog was shocked, but he was still loyal to Capister's royal family.

He called Celestius to see his castle as it has now some new decorations. Celestus asks him why he is being so cruel. Jostan replied that it will make him look like a honest, great and powerful king during his future.

Celestus tells him that when the citizens know the truth, everything shall come back to him and his life shall become a nightmare.

He orders the guards to take Celestus back to his home country. One of his followers, Denver Luss asked him why he did not order him to be taken to the skinning room like the others. Jostan replied that he is not finished yet, and that time makes everything look more interesting, as he shall give him a life in hell and then end his misery with a cup of wine.

Season 2[]

Becoming the king[]

Jostan then receives the crown from Agrellius, and the two share the throne of Capister. Jostan then speaks on his balcony to the people of Capister, and tells them in a shouting voice that whoever shall oppose him even if is by mistake, he shall skin his head and put it on the wall.

The citizens all start speaking behind his back.

One night, the High Sannard comes to tell him the news. He reveals to King Jostan Terradon that the people hate him as they now call him a "spoiled child" and a "mad tyrant", and that soon according to the deity of love Brumos and the deity of hate Canniberel he will be hunted down by the girl that he lusts the most.

He replies that the priests shall not talk dirty to him or to his future wife and queen. He orders his guards to take the High Sannard to the skinning room and assure that the other Sannards will "redeem themselves from all that shitty evil".

Downfall and death[]

He then recieved the heads of the 100 Sannards and made a Sannard wall in which the High Sannard's head shall be placed in the middle of the wall. While he slept, he had a dream of the heads floating and then eating him up. He told the dream to his father out of fear. Agrellius told him that even a king should have more mercy then he has.

During the following night, he went with a few guards to ambush Sheeva and bring her back to his castle. He then took her to his own room, and asked her to be naked for him. He then raped Sheeva on the spot. During the night, she attempted to escape the castle. However, while she was witnessing the walls with the hanging heads (including Neera's head) Jostan walked out of the shadows and he then asked her how she likes the new decorations. He explained to her that these people were bastards, freaks and idiots who did not listen to his demands and do as they were told. Sheeva then finds a knife while Jostan lectures her about the hanging heads on the castle walls. She then stabs him out of anger and ends the life of the ruthless king for good.
