Junko Enoshima is the main villain protagonist of the fan-made Plague Inc scenario named Plague Inc: The Despair Worm, is a fusion of canon Junko Enoshima and the protagonist of Plague Inc.
Biography[]
most of the story is told in the descriptions of symptoms, abilities and transmission, at the beginning of the scenario it is said that nothing makes her happy except despair and with the help of her twin sister she would spread the joy of despair to every person in the world creating the despair worm a parasite like the neurax worm that makes the infected feel despair and as the symptoms are updated the infected slowly begin to accept despair and start killing other people and going crazy until they commit suicide then Junko and possibly her sister made broadcasting transmissions where they used subliminal messages for people to accept despair and start the killing games around the world spreading despair around the world and unlike canon killing games they also involved adults not only teenagers and depending on the player's choices Junko kills or infects Seiko Kimura, Juzo Sakakura, Kyosuke Munakata, and Makoto Naegi and at the end Junko releases the last symptom makes the infected obey Junko without a doubt making the world to be dominated by despair
