Kaigun Dokeshi is the main antagonist of upcoming Aftermath series created by TheWeirdoGirl. Once a student for a school in Japan, however, after learn about the powers he had, Kaigun began to start a mess around Japan including the parade massacre incident.
Following his arrival at the unnamed city, he is the leader of the Dokeshi Forces and the arch-enemy of Aoi Aimasuku.
He first appears in "Story of Dokeshi"

Kaigun is a Japanese young adult man with pale skin, light blue hair, navy and purple scars and green eyes.
In his clothing, he wears in a male navy Apolo outfit and navy and purple jester hat, hence his name.
