Karter Baxter Killagin is a recurring antagonist of the Multiversal Legends franchise. He is a egotistical, hot-headed, ignorant, and completely narcissistic member of the Adeptum Circle and is a arrogant host of his own TV series "Killagin TV Entertainment" who uses his charisma and propaganda to manipulate the public into supporting OmegaCorp in order to hide the illegal activities done by the evil corporation. He was a con artist who once sell cheap and used cars in the past prior to being a member in Adeptum. He is Malcolm Melheimer's rival.
Appearance[]
Karter is a normal human dressed in a blue business suit and wears a red tie, and has a slick back hair. After his death, his demon form is entirely slim, tall, pale white skin, with red eyes and a yellow pupil. In his pure demonic form, his skin turns dark black and has fangs, and mechanical tentacle coming out of his back.

Karter Killagin is a narcissist and a greedy egotist with little redeemable quality what so ever. He is argumentative, snobbish, corrupt, and also extremely arrogant, all he ever cares for is money and becoming the most popular man on the planet. He is also very charismatic and manipulative as he uses his charisma to manipulate the public into supporting the Omega Corporation and the Adeptum Regime on Anarchy Oaks despite their illegal activities they preformed. His charisma was the very reason why The Maestro himself chose him to be the propagandist for the Adeptum Circle, this trait was used during Killagin's days as a used cars sales man and a con artist. He can be quite charming on television which is part of his charismatic act, he often pretends to be friendly and invested in recent activities and having talk shows (which is part of the act). As part of his arrogance, he is smug and would make fun of someone even on public television for the ratings even if it causes humiliation of the person.
While being arrogant and cocky, he is also shown deep inside that he is a homicidal psychopath with zero care for everyone but his image, cash, and fame. When a news reporter was trying to know too much about the activities on Omega Corp, Karter personally had her killed by having her shot with a gun. He is also abusive towards employees, even on television he physically injures them and mocks them which he hides it as part of the act in the show, despite actually being real. He went so far as to kill one of his camera men off stage for "embarrassing" him on stage. He is petty, cruel, cold-blooded, and ruthless, and unlike other members of Adeptum who have some redeemable qualities, Karter completely lacks any form of good intentions or positive traits and is entirely in it for the money. He is also xenophobic, racist, misogynistic and implied to be homophobic as well which is why he was referred by some supernatural characters as a "embodiment of hatred". He shows to be offensives towards any race he comes across, from African American and even Caucasians, and he has no reason to be discriminate other than he simply does not like everyone on the planet, He would discriminate those who are not human like Ben Diablo and Malcolm Melheimer whom he uses offensive languages due to the fact that they are not from Earth nor being remotely human.
However this just points out that he is a hypocrite as he shows no care for human lives when they are at stake, he was even aware of Adeptum's plans to exterminate all of humanity which he does not care for in the slightest. He even sell out the Earth to Nekrozoth just because the Omega Empire claimed that they will reward him with money and fame in the new Earth, showing that he is extremely selfish and irredeemable. He is very sadistic and sociopathic and is remorseless of his acts, since when the employee whom he killed came back to the dead all he does was simply mock him for how useless he was and how he enjoyed killing him in the first place.
However, as stated on the quote above, he is very incompetent compared to the other villains of Multiversal Legends. While Karter believes he is a big shot. was only in the Adeptum Circle due to his charisma and nothing more, they do not like Karter in the slightest and only used him as a pawn and would gladly dispose of him at anytime if they wanted. Without his men to protect him, he is a dirty coward who would often run away from a fight, however he has some experience in fighting with fire arms but is very poor fighter when settling thing with fists. His tendencies to mock others and smug ego has always lead to his down fall, as whenever he has a chance to escape from punishment he just has to tempt fate. He also has the tendencies to accidently mess things up, some of which also leads to his constant defeat and failure. Overall, he is a very cruel and egotistical man who is only in it for himself and for fame and money.
