Chick Hicks or known as Killer Hicks is the main villainous protagonist of the HB Onslaught. He went to kill HBs after was pissed off that Lightning McQueen got approved Near Pure but since Emperor Shen already kill NPGs he decided to kill all HBs to vent his anger out and spite Jackson Cyclone while at it.

He was chilling in the VB Club when he heard Ligtning McQueen got approved as Near Pure Good which pissed him off and wanted to kill NPGs but he knew Emperor Shen already fill that spot so he decided to vent his anger on killing HB and gather allies of VBs those who were not killed by Jackson Cyclone or removed from the Villainous Benchmark Wiki by VB Scout to help with his goals in kill all HBs to vent his anger out and spite Jackson Cyclone while at it.
