King Andrias Leviathan is one of the two main antagonists (alongside The Core) of the Amphibia Abridged series made by Tomotasauce.
He specifically serves as the main antagonist of the prequel episodes and the central antagonist of the series proper. He also serves as one of the two main protagonists (alongside Anne Boonchuy) of the non-canonical episodes.
Initially, he is the kind-hearted leader of Amphibia and Marcy’s best friend. In reality, he is a tyrant who seeks to invade and destroy Earth for it’s resources. However, in this version, he is more unhinged and psychotic than the original.
He is voiced by Tomotasauce himself.
Personality[]
King Andrias manages to remain most of the characteristics from his original counterpart; a manipulative, sadistic, megalomaniacal tyrant who seeks to rule and control all, whilst simultaneously being a fun-loving over-the-top manchild who is quite skilled at manipulating Marcy, what with him promising her to give her and her friends nigh-countless adventures like in the original series.
However, where this version differs from the actual series itself, is that Andrias in Amphibia Abridged is far more extravagant, petty and wrathful than before. He manages to lose his temper when he or his henchmen fails to kill Anne or when the Core provokes him at almost every single instance, with the latter example being further backed up by the fact that he threatened to kill the Gecoid if he doesn’t kill Anne within a one hour time limit. Andrias is not above provoking his enemies to get what he wants, with the most notable example angering Anne to fight him by bringing up the fact that the Core has assimilated Marcy into it’s system and saying it’s “for the best”.
He is also shown to be highly intelligent. He seamlessly manipulated Marcy onto his side and Anne into fighting him, as well as managing to pilot several vehicles. But despite his intelligence, he manages to possess a level of ineptitude not shown in the official series, with most of his plans backfiring due to his arrogance and incompetence. Examples include him revealing his plans to the protagonists, him trying to intimidate Sasha and Grime with his not very scary battle cry and him claiming it’s scary, him not being able to fly a butterflyesque RC vehicle and blaming his failure on input lag and him not knowing how to operate the phone call feature on the Gecoid.
