Biography[]
Past[]
Kelvin was the ruler of his kingdom who was married to an unnamed Koopa and had a son named Bowser which he did not bother support and focused on growing his empire with a plot to invade and conquer the Mushroom Kingdom. During Bowser's years, he wished for Kelvin to play with him, but Kelvin avoids him just to rant on his fellow soldiers who were suffering from amnesiac. When he was asked by Bowser for an advice on dating after he met Peach where he was at Yoshi's island, Kelvin responds that he has no care about this and orders him to build the cannons. This resulted to Bowser running away to move to Yoshi's Island to start his own army while Kelvin allows him to leave singing money. Once he finished having his empire stronger, he made preparations for the invasion to conquer the Mushroom Kingdom.

Oh Father Where Art Thou? (1/2)[]
Bowser had reoccuring thoughts about his past on how Kelvin refused to support him while he remained focused on his empire which caused him to suffer. When the airship crashed into Kelvin's castle, two of his minions, Midbus and Magmotar, investigate the crash to find Ludwig whom mistake them for being homeless before Midbus furiously knocks him out before he and Magmotar capture Bowser, Bowser Jr. and the Koopalings. They were brought to Kelvin whom Bowser recognized before silencing him and introducing himself to the Koopalings. Wendy becomes wary of this name only for him to silence her which angered her before Morton calms her down to try to ask for something but Kelvin didn't bother listening to any of them and had Oshawott imprison them in the freezer room with a Junior Shrooboid.
He later met up with Kamek and Messager aboard his Koopa Cruiser where he informs that he has Bowser and his children imrpisoned and attempted to have them serve him by force. Kamek, however, willing accepts the offer showing his grudge towards Bowser much to Kelvin's surprise. He then announces his invasion to takeover the Mushroom Kingdom and discusses the plan on how they can succeed.
Oh Father Where Art Thou? (2/2)[]
As the citizens of the Mushroom Kingdom are at Peach's castle to celebrate her birthday, Kelvin uses this advantage to drive the Koopa Cruiser to punch a hole into the roof to gain entry. He sends Kamek and Messenger infiltrate the castle where they sneak up to Daisy to turn her into a stone before ambushing everyone else to turn them into stone except Wario and Waluigi who were spared to be useful for Kelvin. Mario and Luigi see the outcome and becomes happy about this, but Mario furiously scolds him that they won't have girlfriends and that they have to stop Kelvin's invasion to turn everyone back to normal, not caring that he was upsetting Luigi from his trauma with Daisy.
As he operates the Koopa Cruiser to head back to his castle for a few things to establish his control, he becomes annoyed about his collaborators' obsession with the show, Gross Out, and tells them off suggesting they should be more useful and admitting he is not interested in show. Just then, the Mario Bros arrived in Mario's kart as he sends Luigi to intercept their leave only for Kamek to use his magic to intervenge, scaring him and heading back to the kart. An infuriated Mario later jump and punched the Koopa Cruiser, having the Wario Bros fall off the ship while Kelvin leaves them behind. He returns to the castle to find Bowser, Bowser Jr. and the Koopalings had escape and both Kamek and Messenger deserted Kelvin in fear from Bowser's fury for switching sides with him.
Having no need for Kamek and Messenger despite abandoning him, he gained support from his forces to fight Bowser and his kids before being punched off his Koopa Cruiser by Bowser. His minions were eventually killed but Bowser was knocked out from Toxicrook's attack as the Elite Trio arrive to escort everyone back to the airship to escape. Enraged about the death of his empire, Kelvin swore revenge on the Koopa Troop and boards a starship where he follows the airship and begins attacking. Before he could have a chance to avenge his men, Bowser Jr. hyjacks and sabotages with the starship's controls, having him crashed onto the ground and killing him offscreen.
