King Smoothcheeks Mudbeard is a major antagonist-turned-supporting character in the 2021 role-playing video game Angry Birds Epic: Uprising. He is the king of Pig City, and the leader of the Green Pig Army. He is the archenemy of Red's flock. He is set to appear as the main antagonist of the third-to-last or fourth-to-last chapter.
Appearance[]
King Pig is a green pig who is taller and fatter than most of his minions. He wears a gold crown with blue gems.
While under the control of the Emperor Crown, he is even larger and more muscular. He has black sclera and red pupils, sharp teeth, his hooves have transformed into claws, and his tail is longer.
Personality[]
Like his canon counterpart, King Pig is very comedic and dimwitted. While the canon version of King Pig simply wants to eat the birds' eggs, this version wants to use the eggs so he can take over the world.
Although King Pig is a villain, he is not completely evil, nor is he sadistic like Chef Cochon. He also cares for his underlings and treats them like a family. He and Red have a mutual respect for one another. He has an unrequited crush on Stella.
Despite his incompetence and affability, this version of King Pig is nonetheless more villainous than his original counterpart.

Smoothcheeks Mudbeard was the son and heir of Leonard and Teehee Mudbeard, and his time to take over would eventually come. One day, King Pig discovered a flock of birds taking care of their eggs, and got the idea of eating them. He and his minions stole the birds' eggs when they weren't looking. The flock noticed that their eggs were stolen, and they went on an adventure to retrieve them. After his first defeat, King Pig learned that eating those specific eggs would give him the power to take over the world. Over the years, King Pig would have countless battles with Red and his flock.
Shortly before the events of the game, King Pig's castle was taken over by Lord Sinensis and the Citrean Army. He and every single other pig (excluding Chef Cochon) were evicted from their own city.
