Konstantin Vladimirovich Rodzaevsky is a character from the Hearts of Iron 4 Mod, The New Order: Last Days of Europe which serving as a major character in the Far East Region of Warlord Russia ruling over the State of Amur and can be a major antagonist when he (potentially) reunifies Russia under his rule and can become the villainous protagonist if the player chooses to play as him.

Biography in game[]

Konstantin Vladimirovich Rodzaevsky was always a man of the East. The perceived oppression of the new Soviet system which he despised from a young age pushed him to flee Blagoveschensk in the Union for Harbin, the city in which the emigrés thrived. There, he became convinced that a system to rival Bolshevism had to be created; he found that system in Europe, where Fascism had just been born. The nascent ideology was adopted by many Russians, bitter from their loss in the civil war. A young and charismatic Rodzaevsky grabbed the chance to unite them all under the banner of the swastika, setting crowds on fires with his speeches. He made a promise to return to his homeland one day, and liberate its people.

Shortly after its foundation, the Russian Fascist Party forged a close relationship with the new overlords of Manchuria, Japan. The greatest benefactors of the party supported it throughout its entire existence, until the opportunity for reclamation came with the collapse of the Presidium.

Emboldened by the enthusiasm of his Japanese allies, the leader of the RFP went on a noble crusade to crush Judeo-Bolshevism. However, his dreams of complete liberation were dashed by his rivals: the generals and their Tsar, and worse of all, Mikhail Matkovsky and his band of traitors who looked across the Pacific for help. Konstantin Rodzaevsky, left alone in Zeya as the leader of a mere warlord state, has become enraged, and has vowed to get revenge against all of Russia's enemies, whoever they may be: Jews, Reds, Matkovskyites, Tsarists, anyone who dares challenge the Vozhd. To him, it is the only way to restore the nation to its old days of glory, yet that dream seems further and further away.

In Game[]

Konstantin Rodzaevsky is the Leader of the All Russian National State based in Amur which is sandwiched between the two states that he is deems as traitors, the Monarchist State of Chita, and the Matovskist in Magdan. He is far the weakest of the two states and Rozaevesky's tree is huge enough that he doesnt have time to declare offensive wars against chita or magdan and have to start a defensive war against Magdan and later Chita. If he manages to defeat both, he will ruthlessly kill their leadership with no hesitation. Then he has to deal whoever wins the Buryatia Mutiny either Yagoda or Sablin and needs to conquer it as fast as possible before Alexander Men delcares war on him

After wiping the entire remaining communist influence and hang the "heretic" Alexander Men, he will consolidate his land making his state similar to the economic model of Nazi Germany which helps the economy and make Russia somehow an economically better place, putting the remaining non-Russians, communists, jews, and dissidents in concentration camps, empowering the Orthodox Church, and finally improving relations with their patron Japan and is able to gain the Birobidzhan as a gift from the Japanese.

He realizes that Nazi Germany isn't Russia's friend due to them not practicing Nazism correctly and can potentially declare war on them. Then he goes on reunifying Russia under his rule becoming more sane and capable of running a state but not less of a racist psychopath.

Personality[]

Konstantin Rodzaevsky is a very Paranoid, Alcoholic, Manipulative, Genocidal, Opportunistic, Tyrannical Leader who always uses the pretext of the Russian Orthodox Church to justify his own horrible actions and solidify the Russian Identity whos only three redeeming qualities is reforming the economy (even if its not perfect), Treating his Cabinet with Respect and Benevolence, and taking care of his cat.

He Starts becoming sane and stop being alcoholic and paranoid and starts becoming a better leader and understand the Germany isn't Russia's friend (Just because they are somehow not practicing national socialism correctly). But he still is a racist psychopath at the end killing any minorities he doesn't like and communists.

When he looses to another far eastern warlord he is shown to be a defiant defender of his own ideology insulting the victor calling them very anti Semitic slurs showing he is also a very sore loser.

Trivia[]

  • He doesn't live after Regional stage since Matovsky commands to kill him, Yagoda orders his NKVD to interrogate and swiftly executes him, and even Sablin not going for his Brutal route kill him aswell giving the reason is that him dying helps the far east to be in peace.
  • His cat Mura is a reference to the Dev Teams official Mascot and the one of the main developers pets in real life
  • He is the only warlord so far to be able to get back the area of Birobidzhan from Japanese control
  • If Francis Parker Yockey somehow comes into power in the United States, he will write a letter to support him while if Barry Goldwater (a jew) comes to power he will still write a condemnation later and mock him for being a jew
