Kotoko Utsugi STAT is a major antagonist in the Mega Jack Horner Cinematic Universe. She is an ally with him and considers him to be the only good adult since they both hate Hate Sinks, and thus an ally for Chaos Sonic too.
Appearance[]
She is notably Kotoko Utsugi's appearance, except she is pixelated and her eyes are blue instead of pink.
Description[]
Kotoko Utsugi STAT isn't actually STAT in disguise, but a female shape-shifter that transforms into different bodies, but with clothes from another universe. She is seemingly amiable and bubbly, but that isn't the case, as she is manipulative and merciless. She also knows everyone's past, and uses it to her advantage, as she is only genuinely nice to Mega Jack Horner since she noticed that he hated Hate Sinks like her.
Despite this, she sometimes has suicidal thoughts, and when they come, she'll yell 'fuck' because she does not want to show it, and also hates on people like The NPG Slayer which is only because she finds them overdramatic, not because they want to defame them.
Despite this, she goes against every impure crimes, even if it's to adults, going as far as to kill the people who've done them, unlike the original Kotoko, mainly due to the fact that she is a different person and not legally Kotoko:/.
Biography[]
The Past[]
Kotoko Utsugi STAT was actually an actor for Pure Evils and Hate Sinks, but she was neglected a lot by them because of her shape-shift. Later, the Pure Evils and Hate sinks fully forgot about her, they even forgot her name and mascot, which enraged her a lot. As a result, she murdered a lot of them, also because they've neglected her many times, yet focus on other people and actors. She then decided to live on her own, eventually making her mind that all adults are bad, due to the fact that the Pure Evils and Hate Sinks that neglected her were adults, making her want to kill them. She then bought a gun in a shop, and shot the shopkeeper because they were an adult, adding to her first kill. She then decided to continue the spree till she couldn't stop it, as she enjoys hers, and every others' Despair.
When there was a mystery about the death of the shopkeeper, she put on a fake look of worry, but then incriminate someone else and make up false proof and allegations, causing them to get arrested instead of her.
Arc 2 - Chapter 3: New Allies[]
Kotoko Utsugi STAT had noticed Mega Jack Horner, and had also noticed his hate for Hate Sinks, Pure Evils, and impure crimes. She then signs an ally contract to him, thinking that he was the only good human. Jack Horner had agreed to the contract. To support him even further, she made her own clan of rejected PEs, NPES, and IH Villains that are also children and could relate to her the same, brainwashed to kill all adults by her, aside from Mega Jack Horner. Despite this, there are still times where she felt suicidal, but she'll try to ignore it, despite yelling 'Fuck'.
To look more innocent, she decided to become a huge, mischievous troller, when in reality, she is an evil person all because she got neglected and forgotten. She even stole some weapons from military without getting caught, to send it to her clan.
However, she also wanted to get into an enemy of Mega Jack Horner's base, and was also sneaky enough with it. Eventually, she hacked the cameras and decided to kill all the members since they were all adults.
Arc 2 - Chapter 9: More trouble[]
Kotoko Utsugi STAT creates an alternate identity called Ryoko Otonashi Mozelle to help Mega Jack Horner.
