The Krusty Crew are the titular main antagonists of the 2021 horror comedy film The Krusty Crew Movie, a horror parody of the famous Nickelodeon T.V. Show SpongeBob SquarePants. They are murderous parody of the said crew who go on a killing spree when their show is finally cancelled and they want revenge for what they went through on the show.
Early Life[]
Just like their canon counterparts, they were the main stars of the Nickelodeon T.V. show SpongeBob SquarePants and they are now well-aware of this but sadly, they developed a hatred for their show because of the bad endings and how they always got miserable on it, not matter what.
When they came to life as animatronics, they would free roam at night and spend time in peace but still ended up having to continue their show and deal with unlikable staff members that they hated.
Eventually, they started to show signs of becoming vengeful and plotted to one day get revenge on Nickelodeon for ruining their show since they wanted it to end after their first movie. However, SpongeBob did answer fanmail from the protagonist Harvey Keener and already gained an affection for him.
The Krusty Crew Movie[]
They first appear on T.V. with their co-star Stewie, who they hate even more for his constant drinking habits and disrespect towards them.
The next morning, they are shown driving in their Krabby Patty car but strangely don't seem to notice Harvey getting in the way to greet them, which his mother fortunately managed to save him from being ran over.
Once they arrived at the studio, their new creator Carter scolds them for nearly running the boy over but does plan to give them a new update to fix this and to help them improve the show.
However, the update suddenly malfunctions and it instead gives them a mind of their own, even setting him free from the studio's control over them.

- Mr. Krabs: The founder and leader of the crew and the main antagonist of the film. He's a selfish and greedy animatronic crab who only does the show for money and when it was cancelled, he is angry that he can't have money anymore. Unlike the crew, he's willing to hurt children to make sure that their gig doesn't die. He's the evilest one of them and the least sympathetic. He's the one who killed 22 audience members, 10 crew members, Ron the page, and Sal the guard off-screen.
- SpongeBob SquarePants: The star of the show and the central antagonist turned one of the main protagonists of the film alongside Harvey Keeper. He's the only one of them that doesn't like killing but still shows the most resentment for what happened to them on the show. However, he's the only one who gets redeemed when meeting his fan Harvey and encouraged by him to do the right thing.
- Patrick Star: One of the secondary antagonists of the film alongside Squidward. He's usually a dumb animatronic sea star but he's now smarter and dangerous while taking enjoyment in what they do. He was SpongeBob's best friend but the latter holds resentment towards him for always getting him into trouble. Despite this, him and Squidward don't harm children, showing a little care for them. He also regrets how he treated his friends due to his stupidity.
- Squidward Tentacles: One of the secondary antagonists of the film alongside Patrick. He's a snobby animatronic squid who hates the others because they make him miserable but he himself has been a usual jerk towards SpongeBob, who resents him for it. However, he does end up getting along with Patrick during their killing spree and actually blames himself for mistreating him and Spongebob, deciding to forgive them for making him miserable.
Trivia[]
- Despite being their leader and the main antagonist, Mr. Krabs has some short screen time during the killing spree and even gets temporarily incapacitated after a short battle with 2 main characters, only claiming that title in the final event.
- On that note, it's unknown why Patrick and Squidward want to revive Mr. Krabs as they actually would hate him too for his true nature, although it's probably because he's one of them and they at least still care.
- In reality, Squidward would be the only one of them with an understandable motive because he suffered the worst abuse on the show and would have every right to hate the others for how they treated him on the show.
- To be honest, it's not surprising that Mr. Krabs willingly turned evil out of pure greed and doesn't care about revenge, not even sharing the standards against hurting children.
