Lachlan Rafferty is the main antagonist of the 2025 thriller film London Domination. He is the corrupted Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, and the mastermind behind the Nuclear War in London.

He is portrayed by Alfred Molina who also portrayed Satipo in Raiders of the Lost Ark, Doctor Octopus in Spider-Man 2 and Spider-Man: No Way Home, Reverend Leland Drury in White Fang 2: Myth of the White Wolf and voiced Ke-Pa in Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness and Viggo Grimborn in Dragons: Race to the Edge.

Prime Minister Lachlan Rafferty was thought to be the leader of the party that wins the most seats at a general election, proving that was like one of the greatest prime minister in all of England. But it turns out that he was actually a corrupted official and proving himself as a dangerous terrorist, and didn't quite care about his country or other people who has the same citizenship/nationality as he does.

Rafferty was actually one of the most dangerous terrorists in the world, including being a serious threat to all of England and other places in the United Kingdom, but in order to avoid going to justice and being locked for the rest of his life, Rafferty would keep foreshadowing his true nature, and kill anyone who finds out about his schemes, including his own flesh and blood.

Before going through terrorism and world domination, Rafferty attended Eton College and read Classics at Balliol College, Oxford. He was elected president of the Oxford Union in 1986. In 1989, he became the Brussels correspondent—and later political columnist—for The Daily Telegraph; and from 1999 to 2005 was editor of The Spectator.

  • Ambrose Cain was thought to be the main villain after starting to terrorize London, but Rafferty was later proven as the real mastermind.
  • He shares similarities with Boris Johnson.
