The Leggies are a supporting antagonist faction in the Australian adult-animated sitcom YouTube franchise SMG4, serving as the secondary antagonistic faction of Season 14 and the episode SMG4 and the Meme Factory while Mr. Puzzles' Leggy serves as a major antagonist ofThe Showgrounds Era , and one of the two secondary antagonists (along with Marty) of The Puzzlevision Saga and Season 14.
They are a species that look like Meggy Spletzer except she has no body except for legs, and they are small, while one specific Leggy (the actual Meggy) is a former employee turned into Mr. Puzzles' unwillingly right hand.
They are voiced by Elsie Lovelock, who also voiced Uzi Doorman from Murder Drones and Evelyn Claythorne from Meta Runner.
Appearance[]
They are clones of a small form of Meggy that don't have a full body but instead of legs.
History[]
The Leggies appeared when SMG4 called them, they eventually came and sang their songs while blowing up a pipe with explosives that Bob was stuck in to set him free. They eventually appeared again preparing for their song until one of them is taken to Meme Hell, preventing the song from continuing and later devolving 3 others. They appear yet again laughing at Mario's joke which made SMG3 make fun of the Leggies for their small size, causing them to summon the Funny Police to arrest SMG3. After Mario denies being SMG4's Meme Factory's mascot, he and the Leggies eventually pursuit him and Grandpa Joe. Mario and Grandpa Joe eventually stumble upon a glass elevator and later they enter it and tried to close it, but after the former realized that the doors won't close in time, he sacrifices Grandpa Joe to the Leggies. After they and SMG4 see that Mario successfully escaped the factory, they walk back into the factory to "cook up their own mascot".
They are later seen inspecting the other Comedy Zone mascots while some of them are cheering on Omni-Man and Invincible performing on the stage. However, one specific Leggy was somehow locked out of the place then she encountered Mr. Puzzles who stepped on her toes, they both acted hostile when meet each other then suddenly they were both trap into Mr. Puzzles' head, then they were both were playing as Gru and the Minions from Despicable Me.
After they got out of the tv, Mr. Puzzles and his Leggy both start to get along then suddenly they became buddies, after that she wanted to help Mr. Puzzles to get inside the meme and get to the comedy zone, after they made through, they were shown entering the factory.
Eventually Mr. Puzzles and his Leggy entered the Comedy Zone until SMG4 appeared telling her that she backstabbed him before later leaving. Later, Mr. Puzzles' Leggy tries to escape by banging the door but was stopped by Mr. Puzzles. After arriving at the Monster Energy River, Mr. Puzzles' Leggy tries to escape again until she was hit in the head by the now cell door. Mr. Puzzles eventually throws her to the monster energy river but then she panics as the Monster Energized Bob-Ness Monster appears behind her, causing her to run to Mr. Puzzles. Eventually they both laughed at him together due to the fact that he is a monster only because he drank Monster Energy. The Bob-Ness Monster eventually becomes mad and floods the room with the Monster Energy River as while Mr. Puzzles is panicking, his Leggy is just drinking the river. She was eventually thrown by Mr. Puzzles and hit the Bob-Ness Monster, only for him to be unfazed and her to fall into the river. She eventually climbs up to him to kick him multiple times only to be thrown out. As she saw Mr. Puzzles about to drown in the river, she eventually climbs up to his TV head and starts switching channels to an "adult" one. After eventually defeating the Bob-Ness Monster, she becomes happy and walks with Mr. Puzzles to the next door until they met Luigi. Luigi asks Mr. Puzzles if he can turn him into meat mallet again but since he can't, he jumps out of the giant table and suddenly becomes giant and starts fighting both of them with a keyboard. They eventually go into another door, and they met SMG3 and he later mocks Mr. Puzzles. They eventually fight until SMG3 was defeated. As they finally entered the Comedy Zone, she warns him that it might be a trap, only for him to deny her. As Mr. Puzzles was starring in the Comedy Zone, SMG4 dressed up as Sans appears in front of them and later, they fight until SMG4 loses. Mr. Puzzles and his Leggy starts laughing after their supposed victory until SMG4 presses a button which makes the glass elevator that Mario was in to fall on Mr. Puzzles. She gets mad at Mario for injuring Mr. Puzzles and later charges at him until she was fed a Super Mushroom, turning her back into Meggy. She eventually pulls out a gun at Mr. Puzzles as he was shocked that she was no longer on his side, then he eventually leaves by mailing himself as the mail he is in is picked up by a FedEx truck. As she sees a hole on the ceiling, she gains back her memories she had when she was still a Leggy helping Mr. Puzzles, albeit being blurry.
Mr. Puzzles sitting dejectedly in his hideout from the end of Mr. Puzzles' Lowest Point, where he throws a series of axes at his most hated Glitchy Gang members before turning to the photo of Meggy who he intended to throw another axe at. Reminded of his time bonding with Leggy, Mr. Puzzles begins to cry once more, until Aladdin shows up at his door, offering to "show him the world." Believing that Aladdin is once again advertising Didney+, Mr. Puzzles quickly turns him down, only to be captured by Goofy and brought to Didney Studio.
Inside the studio, while escorted by Goofy and Donald Duck, Mr. Puzzles encounters Mickey Mouse (SMG4)|Mickey Mouse, the boss of Didney. Even though he does not want to be associated with Disney in any way, calling it "mindless" and sending Donald into a rage-induced fit, Mickey expresses his appreciation for Puzzlebox from the previous episode, believing that Mr. Puzzles can be a great fit for creative director at Disney.
To further convince Mr. Puzzles, Mickey takes him on a tour of the studio, starting with the writing room, where a group of seals propose yet another remake of "The Lion King", before going to the filming studio with Minnie starring in her first live-action title. Subsequently, the two go to the artists' corner, filled with artists who are being exploited in sweatshop-like conditions, before seeing the copyright system, which ensures that nothing from Didney is used in an unauthorized way by third parties.
Following the vault where earlier, dated Didney classics are disposed of, and falsely asserting that Didney has consistently achieved great ratings, Mickey Mouse then presents Mr. Puzzles with the Engine Room, the very place where Didney is powered, before taking him upstairs to Didney Worl.
Remembering his childhood desire to own and operate a theme park despite his father's beliefs that he did not have the creative vision to do so, Mr. Puzzles finally accepts Mickey's offer to join him in controlling Didney. But the very moment he does so, the TV-headed villain immediately betrays Mickey and throws him off the balcony to take over Didney for himself (a dark reference to Mufasa's death from the Lion King, with Mr. Puzzles even saying the famous line "Long live the King" to Mickey before throwing him to his death).
Witnessing Mickey's fall, Donald and Goofy show up to confront Mr. Puzzles. However, they are no match for him, with the villain incapacitating Donald and causing Goofy to inhale his soul, becoming high as a result. Now with the mouse out of the way, Mr. Puzzles begins his extensive overhaul of Didney, seeking to remake the entire company in his own image.
After a brief montage of him demolishing and rebuilding the park, he then realizes he needs a crew to help and gets the idea to recruit his old pal, Leggy. He turns towards Meggy, hoping that she can return to her Leggy form and join him.
Meanwhile, Meggy is watching TV at her house until she hears a loud noise that she initially thinks is Mario before hearing Mr. Puzzles' voice and finding him behind her. Meggy is shocked to see him and threatens him as Mr. Puzzles slowly walks towards her before sitting on her couch. He tries to warm up to Meggy and get her to join his side by telling of his goals to improve the world for the better with fun, joyful entertainment. Leggy even appears in her mind to convince her further but she will never, EVER join him after everything he did, especially what happened last year. Knowing that Meggy won't join him herself, he summons his new minions, Goofy and Pete to strangle her and transform her into Leggy by force off-screen as she screams in pure agony. He then returns to the Engine Room as he plots his revenge against the SMG4 crew and laughing maniacally, Knowing that things have gone from bad to completely worse. Mr. Puzzles has eliminated Mickey Mouse Scar style and Didney World is now in his possession.
As the SMG4 Crew grows increasingly bored with Fishy Boopkins' vacation story presentation, Mario tries to call Meggy, but she doesn’t respond. Suddenly, Leggy, wearing a carnival tophat, enters the SMG4 castle through a pipe. Mistaking Leggy for Meggy at first, Mario quickly gets excited when Leggy, surprisingly talking in actual sentences, enthusiastically announces a special invitation to be "superstars" in a magical place filled with fun and games. The crew is intrigued, though skeptical, especially after Leggy refuses to explain what this mysterious place is, insisting they follow her without further questions. Before Boopkins can continue his vacation story, most of the crew—tired of the presentation—jumps at the opportunity and heads into the pipe, with Mario gleefully holding up a sign that reads "BYE NERD" as he leaves. Boopkins, disappointed that no one is paying attention to his story, reluctantly follows Mario into the pipe.
On the other side, Leggy greets them to Puzzle Park, which she proudly describes as "the funnest place in da world." However, the SMG4 crew quickly becomes suspicious and unimpressed when they realize the park is heavily themed around one of their old enemies, Mr. Puzzles. Skepticism grows, and the crew decides to leave the park despite Mario’s excitement to explore and escape Boopkins’ tedious vacation story. Unfortunately, Mario's desire to have fun causes him to run into Puzzles Park, forcing the Glitchy Gang to follow him inside in an effort to take him back. Inside the amusement park, SMG4 finds Mario playing a game where he has to shoot targets for prizes. He initially tries to drag the plumber away from the booth, until he sees a Kermit hand puppet, causing him to challenge Mario for the highest score at the game. Meanwhile, the others disperse and become interested in other rides and attractions at Puzzle Park, such as the bumper cars, clown ball game, hammer game, and duck fishing pond. Shortly after walking away from Tari at the duck pond, SMG3 turns back to find her and Boopkins missing, causing him to become concerned. Eventually, after seeing Luigi get dragged into the merry-go-round, he realizes that the whole amusement park is a trap meant to capture the Glitchy Gang.
As a clown face from the ball game captures him in its grasp, SMG3 opens his phone and sends a last-minute text message to SMG4 and Mario, ordering them to flee the cursed park. No longer interested in continuing to have fun at Puzzles Park, the two opt to head for the exit despite Leggy's wishes for them to stay, dodging the various animated objects that the park sends after them. Because the park exit is completely locked, SMG4 and Mario are forced to flee into a mysterious blue exit door, placing them inside a strange, eerie setting with mirrors. Over there, they confront Mr. Puzzles and learn that they are exactly the missing pieces that the park needs. They then walk through a hallway to reach the Engine Room from the previous episode, where it's revealed that Mr. Puzzles has done the unthinkable; fusing himself with the engine inside and is now powering the entire park, horrifying SMG4 and Mario. Ending the episode in a horrifying cliffhanger without the outro music, knowing that the ultimate final Battle to save the universe and the SMG4 show, is about to begin.
After SMG4 and his pals enter Puzzles Park and become engrossed with its attractions, Mr. Puzzles reveals the park's true colors by capturing them one-by-one, first taking Tari and Fishy Boopkins before following suit with Luigi, Melony, Bob, Karen, Saiko, and SMG3. However, SMG4 and Mario have managed to escape his traps following a text message from SMG3, eventually taking them into the Engine Room where they found Mr. Puzzles fused with the park’s power source. After managing to escape the latest game, they returned Meggy back to her normal self, this time for good. Mr. Puzzles goes on into an emotional breakdown after losing Leggy a second time resulting in Mr. Puzzles going on a full-on rampage.
Meggy, Mario, and SMG4 headed back confronting Puzzles in the Engine Room, and Meggy enters his subconscious, Meggy befriended his inner child as she separated herself with her Leggy form for good, but as just he about to explain the lesson he has learned, Mario punched him in the face and SMG4 immediately called the police on Mr Puzzles for his most unforgivable crimes. Puzzle Park is permanently closed following Mr. Puzzles' arrest, and Didney has shut down as a result since Mr. Puzzles owned it after the incident involving Mickey Mouse. Meggy and Mario are conversing, relieved that it is all over. She mentions that her Leggy persona is no longer present, as Leggy has moved on to a better place. However, Meggy sometimes transforms into Leggy even to this day, though it is no longer relevant to the plot and once again serves as a running gag.
Personality[]
They can be both nice and mean and sound and act like a toddler. At first, they can act kind, cute and innocent until they suddenly turn to feral, spoiled and aggressive whenever things don't go in their way.
They also show some emotions like their original forms have, when Mr. Puzzles' Leggy is shown protecting him when SMG4's weapon was charging at him and whenever he is shown to be downed, they can act encouraging whenever things don't go as planned and they can act as mean and evil as shown Mr. Puzzles calls a specific Leggy a "gremlin" or other names, she tries kicking him over and over or while even though its simulation still she sends the death star to earth further crashing and killing many people including her own clones.
