Legion, sometimes called R.O.B.O is the Main Antagonist of Tales of Shocker: The Movie, he is a powerful mechanical deity who is the leader of The Council Of Legion, and is the ruler of Solar System Z, and the overlord of the mechaoids, he wanted to invade and later destroy Kepler, presumably for its resources.
He is voiced by The Pro-Wrestler
Appearance[]
Legion appears as a 2 meter tall robotic like figure, he has 2 large wings made out of a metallic like material, which seem to resemble spikes, his head is made of a shiny-grey metal like 2 large cyan green eyes, and no other facial features like ears, nose, however he does have a mouth, although it might hard to notice it. He has a large ring over his neck area, which resembles a gear symbol.
His chest has a large glowing cyan grey metal part on it, and has an exoskeleton on it which has dark grey metal on it, he wears a black crown which is made out of dark matter
Personality[]
Legion is a narcissistic and power hungry power person, as he desires to be the one who is above all, he desires to be someone who is seen as a great power, and whilst he does not have a god complex, he still thinks of himself as a highly being, as thinks of himself as someone to be respected. Legion usually speaks in a calm and sophisticated manner, unlike his main counterpart, this version of legion is much more respectful towards his foes, unlike his main counterpart, this version of legion also shows cares for his droids, even being respectful towards his generals.
And while legion can be wrathful at times, unlike the main counterpart, this version of legion has a much more calmer manner, even managing to keep his cool tone in battle, however one of the notable traits that he retains from original incarnation is his charismatic and manipulative tactics, as well as strategic attacks, as legion tends to often make multiple plans, and even rework some of them.
Biography[]
Legion is first introduced in a scene where he walks up into the council's headquarters, and eventually walks into a meeting with his council, where they discuss the economic situation, and discuss the situation with empire that rules over the solar system z, eventually they would come to an agree to sign a peace treaty with the empire, where they would call over ambassadors, which would result in an armistice between the two powers, one of the most important points of the treaty would be that the empire would be not allowed to militarize the planet xoros
The next scene with legion involves him manufacturing a large amounts of his droids, seemingly as prepares to build a large army, he walks up to a balcony like place and creates the droids himself using his telekinetic powers, after this the screen fades to black and we dont see him until halfway into the movie
In which he had been planning once more, his generals inform him that the Empire had did infact militarize Xoros, and thus breaking the treaty. Realizing that he could use it as an excuse to invade Solar Sytem Z and seize it's resources, he offers an ultimatum for the empire with a list of demands practically impossible fufill and a 24 hour period to fufill them. Upon their failure, legions orders a full scale invasion against the empire, sweeping through Solar System Z, Legion and his forces slaughter the armies of the Empire, bombing their cities to rubble. Legion decides to make sure the Empire won't forget this day, and thus in looking for a swift victory, engineers a deadly plague bio weapon, unleashing it on the planets of the Empire, including their capital planet, this caused their cities to be completey rid of all life, eventually getting to their capital city, causing the Empire to announce a total surrender. During negotiations, Legion would have the Emperor sign an extremely unfair treaty, which demanded 90% of the Empire's income, had them abolish all of their army, and essentially be forced to become a vassal state of Legion and his Mechaoids, this also gave him every resource the empire had, essentially turning many of their now lifeless planets into massive mining fields
Next seen scouting the Galaxy for far more resources, he discovers the planet Kepler, the planet with the richest resources in the entire universe, Legion orders his Council to find out as much about the planet about possible, and had already begun thinking of plans to take over the planet. Next scene, he would be informed of everything, including of their leader and defenses.
Legion hopes to distract/weaken Kepler's army and defense, Legion gets into contact with Zo'org, a space terrorist. Legion agrees to supply Zo'org's operations, and their goals align, sending Zo'org equipment and weapons, and information, helping him conduct attacks on Kepler's moons and destroy one of them. After Zo'orgs failure (and redemption), Legion is dissapointed with the results, however believes that Kepler's army has been weakened enough to invade, Legion and his forces launch a massive assault, intending to take over Kepler. Legion get into a battle with Fire-Electron and Zeus, as forces begun the assault. As Legion's forces are eventually outnumbered and defeated, Legion himself has actually managed to get the uppet hand in his own battle, on the verge of killing Fire-Electron, however he was impressed by the two putting up a good fight against him. Realizing his forces have been defeated and that the invasion wouldn't be successful, Legion lets Fire-Electron go out of respect, as him and the remaining forces tactially retreat. Legion then proclaims that he will be back eventually
Planning yet another invasion at a time, Legion eventually learns of the Cthutotem, a powerful object capable of warping reality itself, coming up with a new plan, Legion plans to harvest the power of the Cthutotem, and use it to gain reality warping powers, and use to destroy Kepler and recreate it as a mining planet without it's population, Legion makes it the number one priority to track down the Cthutotem's location. Some time later, Legion has managed to track down the planet and temple in which the Cthutotem was located in, aware of the Fire-Electron's Electric Empire and Zeus in pursuit of the Cthutotem, he decides to stage an ambush and let the heros lead him to the totem. Once they had gotten close to the Cthutotem, Legion decides to order the ambush, as his forces overrun the planet, Legion quickly makes his way to the temple among the vastness of the jungles, ambushing the two and getting into the climactic final.
With the final, Kepler on the line, Fire-Electron, Zeus and Legion figthing for the Cthutotem in the jungles, Fire-Electron, amongst all the doubt, frustration had developed a plan similar to that of Legion, to try and recreate Kepler according to his wishes, however unlike with Legion, Fire-Electron's plan would have been to recreate in his image, to recreate what his true homeworld would have looked like. During their battle, Legion points out to the protagonist that their goals are not different, and that he seems himself in Fire-Electron, using this a way to make a distraction and obtain the Cthutotem. He uses it to open up an cosmic portal, sending the planet they reside on (Layiah-505) to be in the same Solar System as Kepler. Before he could complete his plan, Fire-Electron grabs the Cthutotem, also attempting to use it, both of them using it with conflicting ideas causes it to stop it's effects on reality, Fire-Electron sees this an opportunity, and brings both of them up to space, they fight over the totem, however Fire-Electron gets the upper hand, taking the Cthutotem. He is about to go through with his plan, before Zeus tells him about all the good times, all the memories, and how Kepler was basically his homeworld now. Wanting to "be the hero", Fire Electron creates a black hole via the Cthutotem, throwing it in and causing it to be shattered.
Legion is extremely upset, having his second invasion failed and the Cthutotem now destroyed, Legion creates a portal, warping away, having been defeated.
Next time, we would see him in a higher dimension, where he had teleported or warped himself, he approaches Yaldabaoth, the Demiurge, offering an alliance and ending the movie teasing a sequel

- Gravity Manipulation: As seen many times in the movie, legion is able to manipulate the electromagnetic gravity fields of planets and other celestials objects, he is use this to not only manipulate his personal gravity, but being able to entirely manipulate the universal force of gravity and acceleration itself, even being able to generate gravity itself, create energy fields, being able to manipulate mass and being able to control micro-organism using this power. As seen during the infamous "gravity" scene, was easily able to reverse Fire-Electron's meteorites coming forwards the moon, and was even able to rip some of them apart his gravity fields, and is implied to be even able to create temporary black holes using his powers
