Do you really think Lionheart is that powerful when I put him into control in Zootopia? See? Lionheart had wanted to get revenge on his brother who also ran for mayor in Zootopia. He asked me for help. So I turned into his mother like figure and I told him not to be scared because he is the one they should fear. This was all part of my plan to create a new animal order.
~ Lena revealing her plans and relations to Leonardo Lionheart

Agent Lena Kamilliano is one of the two main antagonists (alongside Mayor Lionheart) of the Zootopia Powerverse. She appears as the unseen overarching antagonist of Zootopia: Rise to Power and the main antagonist of the 2024 sequel Zootopia: Power of The Law.

She is a former police agent in the ZPD and in reality, she is a master of disguise, an outlaw and a very powerful warlord, who wishes to reshape the animal kingdom forever as she sees it fit. She uses Lionheart for these purposes, training him to become a tyrant since he wanted revenge on his brother, who also wanted to be the mayor of Zootopia.

Lena conspired with Lionheart to continue wreaking havoc, this time focusing on framing Bellwether and overthrowing Judy Hopps who was the mayor after Lionheart's first arrest.

She and Lionheart were put into jail once again, but she broke out of prison while disguising herself as another cop.

History[]

Background[]

Lena Kamilliano at some point began her career at the ZPD, vowing to save the city from any danger and serve as a special agent, while secretly remaining an outlaw and plotting to build a new world order upon the animal kingdom. She did not care about other animal lives. At some point later, she found the young, ambitious Leonardo Lionheart who wanted revenge on his brother for certain unknown reasons, as it is told that his brother also ran for mayor in the city, and it is assumed that he wanted that position for himself. Lena, realizing Lionheart's ambitions and capabilities, used him and shaped him into the tyrant he is today. She also worked closely to a crime lord called Big Butechini, who was going to get rid of Bellwether when needed.

Zootopia: Power of The Law.[]

Agent Lena Kamilliano at first came to discuss matters with her superior Judy Hopps. The two talked about plans of how to stop Bellwether, since earlier, it was actually Lena impersonating Bellwether in her disguise, and calling herself in her new criminal/secret name, "The Sheep". While discussing matters with Judy, Lena pretended to be kind and supportive, insisting that Judy should send Duke Weaselton to become the partner and ally of "Bellwether's lieutenant", Big Butechini, so that in the meanwhile, Judy will record Bellwether and supposedly Lena would arrest her for these said crimes.

However, when Judy overpowered Butechini's forces, in attempt to stop and hurt Judy heavily, she changes her shape from "Bellwether" back to Lena, revealing her true colors and her plans to build a new world order for the animal kingdom. She also reveals that she disguised herself as a cop earlier to bust Lionheart out of jail. Lionheart came and confronted Judy, before Lena revealed that she used Lionheart all along and that she was his benefactor in secret, planning to shape him as Zootopia's mayor and greatest tyrant. She also tells that she was Lionheart's mother like figure and superior all of this time. Attempting to escape with Lionheart from custody, the two run out of the subway station as Lena orders the bear thugs working for Butechini to kill Judy and Nick. However, Judy and Nick escape while Duke Weaselton stands up to the bears, presumably killing them or knocking them out.

After Butechini is defeated as he failed to throw Bellwether over a roof in a special ceremony for welcoming Lionheart back, Lena gets mad and asks the audience to let the show end her own way. However, Judy then gives a heartfelt speech thanking the real Bellwether for her good care of Zootopia's populace. Bellwether becomes the mayor and orders the ZPD to arrest Lena, Butechini and Leonardo Lionheart all once again. However, it is heavily implied that Lena disguised herself as a cop, managing to escape prison again.

Personality[]

Agent Lena Kamilliano was seemingly a supporter of Zootopia's system of the law, while in actual, she was using that position for power and tyranny. Lena firstly seemed to be trusted by Judy although not a lot of good traits were shown in her first moments. She did however seem to be a professional agent, knowing how to stop the villains from committing many crimes. When she revealed her true colors, it is clear that she was a manipulative and all powerful warlord, using Lionheart for her own agendas in Zootopia and intending to reshape the entire animal kingdom.

She was the very reason Lionheart succeeded in terrorizing others and remaining in the mayor's office and role while committing these atrocious crimes. Lena is a master manipulator, not caring about anyone but herself. Even Lionheart is another pawn for her as it is heavily implied that she was pragmatically loving him.

Lena was willing to kill many people in order to achieve her goals, showing how horrible and totally dark she was.

Trivia[]

  • Despite teaching Lionheart to be the tyrant he is today, it is heavily implied that Lionheart came to her because he wanted revenge on his brother, possibly meaning that even before they've met, he was just as evil as she was.
