Lifty and Shifty are a pair of Italian American mafia twin brothers and a villains from Kim Possible anime series. They are a supporting villains in Kim Possible: The Daughter of Katrina Weatherly and also a minor villains in Kim Possible: The Resurrection of Kyle Weatherly. They are voiced by Yuya Hirose and Yuuki Kaji in the Japanese dub respectively, while in the American English dub they are voiced by Brandon McInnis and Bryce Papenbrook respectively.
Description[]
Lifty and Shifty was brought to the human world by Lena (Darlene and Donna Weatherly's mother-in-law), Janice (the Oswalt siblings' maternal grandmother), and Katrina Weatherly (Dennis and Dustin Raven's maternal grandmother) after they invaded and destroy superpower countries. The genocidal matriarchs has begun to favor the Italian American mafia twins over the Chinese (believing them to be weak, dirty, and worthless) and had helped the former to massacre the latter. Both Lifty and Shifty were named as leader of this group of fighters. After Flippy's humiliation defeat at the hands of Kim Possible, the Italian American mafia twins captured and imprisoned him in order to await punishment for his numerous failure. However, they were killed by Gary and Janice Weatherly's second son-in-law Michael Oswalt, who freed the rogue Vietnam War veteran.
Kim Possible: The Resurrection of Kyle Weatherly[]
In the 2017 anime film Kim Possible: The Resurrection of Kyle Weatherly, Lifty and Shifty are once again the minions of Katrina, Lena and Janice Weatherly. Lifty and Shifty made a brief cameos in Kim Possible: The Resurrection of Kyle Weatherly. During the invasion, Warren and Kyle Weatherly's nephews-in-law Jacob Roswell and Bryce McInnis spotted Lifty and Shifty fighting Ron Stoppable. Bryce McInnis suddenly saw a vision of the future showing that Lifty, Shifty and Ron Stoppable fighting each other and resulting in Ron's death. In order to prevent Lifty and Shifty from killing Ron Stoppable in cold blood, Bryce McInnis intervenes in the fight, killing both Lifty and Shifty instantly. After their deaths at the hands of Bryce McInnis, Katrina and Janice Weatherly's brother-in-law and Bryce's uncle-in-law Kyle Weatherly (the Oswalt siblings' maternal granduncle) decided to joined the invasion and try to finish off what Lifty and Shifty had just started.
Kim Possible: Annihilation[]
Lifty and Shifty appears in the 2011 anime film Kim Possible: Annihilation as a major villains. They are Janice Weatherly's strongest Muay Thai fighters and fights Melvin Stern and Samantha Weatherly's first-born daughter Jane Stern towards the end of the film. Even though Lifty and Shifty initially has the upper hands, Jane removes her brass knuckles and kills them. In this film, they are voiced by Eiji Hanawa and Kyosei Tsukui respectively in the Japanese dub, while the American English dub, they are voiced by Joe Mantegna and Peter Jacobson respectively.

- Lifty and Shifty can be seen fighting Ron Stoppable in Kim Possible: The Resurrection of Kyle Weatherly in the book adaptation, while in the anime film adaptation, they are seen in Janice Weatherly's aikido arena while her son-in-law's older brother Bradley "Brad" McInnis is rescuing Dana Stern (his younger brother's cousin-in-law). Later on, Brad's younger brother Bryce McInnis blasts Lifty and Shifty with a lighting strike hoping to save Ron Stoppable and torpedoes both Lifty and Shifty into the Virgin River, possibly drowning the Italian American mafias.
