Lord X is the main antagonist of Sonic (PC Port) and Sonic (PC Port) Remake Demo and the overarching antagonist of the Friday Night Funkin Mod called Vs Sonic.Exe. He is one of many versions of Sonic.exe featured within the mod.
Appearance[]
In V1, Lord X bears a similar appearance to that of Classic Sonic, but with several differences. Disregarding changes carried over from other depictions of Sonic.Exe, Lord X has more faded fur to the point where it is almost grey, whiskers around his muzzle, X's for pupils, and an X scratched into his stomach. He also appears to be larger than Classic Sonic and the other 2 characters in this version. (Lord X is also larger than Sunky.MPEG in the figure.) Lord X's Shoes are grey, compared to Classic Sonic's red shoes, although Lord X still retains the stripe along the middle of his shoes which Classic Sonic has. His teeth are almost the colour of gold due to how rotten they are, as well as being quite similar to fangs, and being slightly crooked.
Similar to Sonic.Exe, this depiction of Lord X has a long neon-pink tongue, as seen in his up pose.
Lord X sees many new design changes in the Version 2.0 update of the game to coincide with his new song, Cycles. His palette is overall much darker, with his fur, which now features many more spines, going from faded to almost navy blue, and his shoes changing from a light grey to almost black. His nose now leaks blood in addition to his eyes. He is also generally much lankier, with his squatting being more prominent and even dragging his hand across the floor in his idle. Oddly enough, Lord X appears to have prominent eyelashes in this redesign, which can be most clearly seen in his down and right poses.
Compared to his original design in the mod, Lord X's teeth are far blunter than before, while also being rotten to the extent of a much darker yellow. While he does not sport his pink tongue in this design (it is unknown if he still has one or not) his up pose shows his skeletal structure to contain multiple arms with dark purple veins which can act independently from his body. His pupils lack their X flair, but the interior circle of black remains, and it is shown to change size. This is most notably seen while comparing his Left and Right poses. Finally, the "X" scar on his abdomen is less detailed and darker.

Lord X is an entity composed solely of VOID energy, who was fascinated with the Sonic franchise and created a world around it, where he does whatever he wants for fun.
Act ?: Execution[]
Lord X, from the Sonic.EXE PC Port Remake, appears as an opponent that can be accessed in the Sound Test. In this act, Lord X challenges Boyfriend to a rap battle before leaving or just giving up.
Act ?: Cycles[]
After his original song wasn't well recieved in the original version of the mod, Lord X went on to make some improvements not just to his song, but to his appearance as a whole.
While doing battle with boyfriend now, he shows to not take it very seriously.
Mistful Crimson Morning[]
After a rap battle of Squidward with Boyfriend and Girlfriend, Lord X teleported to Squidward's house and asked "First time?".[1] And from there, the two became friends.[2]
Pasta Night[]
One night, Lord X and his two friends (MX and Hypno) go out to a bar and decide to play a game of UNO, where Hypno and MX try to cheat to win, but in the end, Lord X was the winner.[3]
God Feast[]
Lord X, Xenophanes, Majin Sonic, Tails Doll, Fleetway Super Sonic and Sunky were invited by their D-Side counterparts to a Thanksgiving feast. Before eating, they start a rap battle.

Trivia[]
- Lord X didn't have a unique game over screen in the original version of the mod, instead defaulting to Sonic.Exe's game over screen. In the newer version, he gains quotes that only play for him.
- Lord X appears outside of his song if the player attempts to turn on botplay, where he tells them no cheating.
- This is a reference to the original version of SONIC PC Port, which used a similar mechanic when attempting to look down in the later half of the game.
- Prior to a fix, trying to crouch would cause Tails to address the player, asking what the point is in looking down, which could be exploited to more easily clear annoying jumps. After this fix, attempting to crouch will no longer affect gameplay, but instead cause a title screen-like image of Lord X to appear with the phrase "NO CHEATING" and the iconic Kefka laugh playing.
- This is a reference to the original version of SONIC PC Port, which used a similar mechanic when attempting to look down in the later half of the game.
- After Vs Sonic.exe 2.0 version, many people mistook Lord X's cuts on the side of his eyes for eyelashes. JobDoughBoi confirmed that they're cuts, not eyelashes.[4]
- Lord X's vocals are heavily edited Tricky vocals. Some may confuse it for Sonic.Exe's scream.
- This version of Lord X appears in V2 of Friday Night Funkin' Lullaby[5] alongside his best friend, MX.
