Lucky Luckington, more commonly known as Lucky the Ticon, or just Lucky, is the main antagonist of the Riggy the Runkey franchise by Danno Cal, serving as the overarching antagonist of the main series of shorts and is the main antagonist in the animated prequel webseries Toon Turf.
He is a famous actor and celebrity who lives in Toonville, and is pretty much the face of the town. He is the primary arch-enemy of Riggy Runkey.
He's voiced by series creator Danno Cal, who also voices Riggy in the same franchise and Preston and D. D. in Shorts Wars.
Biography[]
He's apparently the most famous person in Toonville, he has made four documents as of right now.
The first one is about Riggy as an inmate, Their interest is maximum, They documented his interacting with possibly The Penguin Mafia, But the allegiance can't be traced, They call him the “Agent of Chaos”. The document notes Riggy isn't exactly a hero but has fulfilled the prophetic texts and also notes that is rarely seen with guilt when he murders someone, whether it's accidentally or purposeful is unclear.
The next one is him as a subject, It notes that he left Billy (or Subject 6561) for dead, it notes the other subjects interest is nonexistent, possibly due from him being dead. It notes Riggy carries fake ID's, has a strange interest in Lucky Ticon, and says to keep him under observation. They note Riggy is seen disappearing more and more often, disbanded the Fox gang, and had a run in with Squeaker who now took an organ, most likely kidney as shown he was missing one from a Penguin attack.
The last two are about Lucky, Lucky's first document shown a clearly altered document with the phrases "We Love Lucky" and proves him good with no evidence, The true document is redacted and it reads that he has had the dream and is obsessed with the end, It mentions he has everyone in his hands and will not stop until he does something about the "Out There".

In "THE LEGEND", the prolouge to season 2 of Shorts Wars, we see at the beginning various companies affiliated with the creators, like Clone VPN and Waffle House. One of these is none other than Lucky's Factory.

Lucky is a "Ticon", an emoji looking species, he is a yellow being with short green pants and white shoes, He has a big round head and has a long nose that points up at the end.

- Danno revealed in a live-stream that Lucky is an emoticon/emoji. He said to put "emo" in front of Ticon
- To be more specific, he's the 🤥 emoji.
- Unlike what some fans belived, Lucky isn't the mayor of Toonville. The real mayor is someone called El E. Fant, as seen in the background in "Riggy and Rosey".
- According to "MOST FAMOUS SONGS OF ALL TIME?", his favorite song is "Psycho Killer" by the Talking Heads.
