Luigi is the main antagonist of the MARIO WORLD creepypasta, it's video adaptation by Chinelin and it's game adaptations. He is the brother of Mario who is portrayed as a demonic, serial killer in this creepypasta, with no known motives behind his killing spree.

Appearance[]

He looks the same as in the original game, but with glowing red eyes. In tayo_'s version of the creepypasta game, he has pitch black eyes instead of red.

Personality[]

His personality is very unclear on why he decided to kill everybody.

Biography[]

He is first seen in the second-to-last level of the creepypasta, where Mario is in a level with stone blocks all around him with a normal sky in the background, as well as a note block on the right side. As Mario hits the note block multiple times, Luigi appears behind Mario, coming closer to him everytime the note block is hit. Eventually, he disappears and a pipe appears in his place. As soon as Mario goes down the pipe, he is brutally murdered and torn apart, as Luigi flickers around the pipe.

He is last seen in the final level of the game. When the eyeless spirit of Mario arrives in front of his real self's impaled corpse and stares at it, he flickers behind him as the screen cuts to black. It has been shown that Luigi is the one who killed many of Mario's friends and enemies, including Mario himself.

In tayo_'s version of the game, Luigi also appears in a secret easter egg. To do this, the player must find the blue switch which opens the way to a blue pipe between a set of two stone walls. Once inside, the player must take the Yoshi coin trapped inside a cage made of stone blocks(with no collision on the top of the cage). Once the coin is collected, Luigi will appear and brutally smash Yoshi to pieces with his hammer, as the whole game distorts and glitches up while a loud, glitched noise plays in the background.

Trivia[]

In the first adaptation of the game, it was possible to move around freely while Luigi was getting closer to Mario. Touching him will result in him jumpscaring the player for a split second. The level will then reset. In tayo_'s version, however, it is not possible to move away from the note block, therefore making the easter egg unobtainable unlike in the first version.
He is only seen with a hammer in tayo_'s version of the game, unlike Chinelin's video adaptation and the original creepypasta.
He also has a counterpart named Mario.msi. Mario.msi is seen in the remake of the same video called "Super World" where Mario is portrayed as God. He tortures Yoshi, Peach, Luigi and Bowser in the lava and makes them suffer.
