Mac Tonight is the titular main antagonist in the Five Nights with Mac Tonight franchise. He was a mascot of McDonald's in the 1980's that appeared in their commercials, specifically the ones advertising the 24 Hours open time.

In Five Nights with Mac Tonight Remastered as the manager he was voiced by Kyle Margison. As Mac Tonight, He is Voiced by Jacket Josh in all other games with the exception of Five Nights with Mac Tonight 2 Year Anniversary Edition in which he doesn't speak.

Main Timeline[]

The man who possessed the Mac Tonight Animatronic was a McDonalds worker alongside Chris. After telling Chris that he couldn't give him a raise because of the budget and the fact they had bought animatronics, he was murdered by him after Chris’ daughter died. He then possessed the Mac Tonight Animatronic and Killed Chris.

Five Nights with Mac Tonight 3[]

Mac was an animatronic made by McDonalds put on the McBarge or friendship 500 in 1986 along with Hamburglar, Mayor McCheese, Uncle O'Grimmacy , and Captain Crook but was left and abandoned for 29 years until it was scheduled for salvation to turn it into a Deep Discovery Centre. But vandals had left graffiti and other things. So a night guard was hired to watch the place at night. Eventually, the Phone Guy found out the animatronics are alive after Captain Crook activated and killed one of his workers. The animatronics were then shipped off to be destroyed.

Five Nights with Mac Tonight[]

Mac Tonight wears a black jacket with red patches on the sleeves, a pair of shades, and a pair of pants with brown shoes. Though he possesses all of the facial features of one, his head is not shaped like that of a human, but instead of a crescent moon, complete with white skin. In addition, his skin possesses a shiny effect to it. His eyes are a light shade of blue, though they can only be seen during certain occasions.

In the Custom Night/Cheats update, Mac Tonight's appearance was updated to match his second game’s appearance, but without the damage, of course. The ends of his head narrow to a point, and he lacks some of the facial features he previously had. In addition, the patches on his jacket are absent and his shoes have been re-textured.

Five Nights with Mac Tonight 2[]

Mac Tonight is in a state of somewhat disrepair, unlike his first game counterpart. He wears a black jacket with black pants and blue and white sneakers. His moon head is now very dirty instead of shiny, and is tattered and shows signs of damage in a few places. Instead of pure white, his moon head and hands are now much more of a dirty grey instead of the shiny white it was in the first game.

He looks very similar to the character from the Mac Tonight commercials. He takes a similar appearance to a human, however, his head is shaped like a white crescent moon, he also has completely white skin, not skin a normal human would have. He also wears a black coat, grey pants, and black sunglasses. He has glowing white pupils which shine through his sunglasses.

Five Nights with Mac Tonight 2 Remastered[]

He looks very similar to the character from the Mac Tonight commercials. He takes a similar appearance to a human, however, his head is shaped like a white crescent moon, and he also has completely white skin, not skin a normal human would have. He wears a black jacket, black pants, black shoes and black sunglasses. Under the jacket, he wears a light gray collared shirt. He is also very damaged compared to his appearance from the first remastered game. He has three cracked openings on the front portion of his head, one in the left side portion of his head, and one on his arm. He also wears sunglasses with one lens broken open. His left eye pupil glows white as well, and can easily be seen through the broken lens. His right eye is completely dark as if it were gone.

Five Nights with Mac Tonight 3[]

Mac Tonight has a growing lunar head and he use sunglasses. He wears a black jacket with a white collared shirt inside and he wears black pants and black shoes. But, this Mac Tonight is very broken and dusty. His clothes are completely dirty and dusty. His sunglasses are broken. His moon head is also a little broken and dirty and he doesn't have the left eye.

Five Nights with Mac Tonight 2 Year Anniversary Edition[]

Mac Tonight has as trunk, a black jacket made of pure shiny metal, along having arms divided into various robotic segments. Under this jacket, he has a layer of opaque white plastic, which would be a shirt. His waist is made of opaque black plastic. He has as legs, a pants made of pure shiny black metal, along also having his legs divided into various robotic segments and he wears dark brown shoes.He has a growing lunar head with realistic human facial features, which is complete with shiny white skin. His eyes have a light blue tint, but they may appear completely white, and can be seen on certain occasions.

Five Nights with Mac Tonight[]

Mac Tonight will become active during every night of the game, with increasing activity as the player progresses through it.

He starts in the Mac Room and then goes through 2 more stages before leaving it, and will then head to a random room afterwards. He is able to access the Counter Area, Hallway, Stairway, Kitchen, and the Outside.

Five Nights with Mac Tonight 2[]

Just like the first game, Mac Tonight will begin moving on Night 1. He starts deactivated in Factory Area 1 and eventually gets up from the table he sat on and heads to a random room. He is able to go to Factory Area 4, Factory Area 5, Factory Area 7, and Factory Area 8.

When Mac Tonight is seen in the window of the door ahead of you, the player must go into the cameras and sound the alarm to make him leave.

The player must also charge the generator power to prevent the office from going dark, which results in Mac playing a music box version of his theme before killing the player.

Five Nights with Mac Tonight Remastered[]

On Nights 1 and onward (and Custom Night if selected) Mac Tonight becomes active. He starts in CAM 05 sitting on a chair on a stage, then he will stand up from his chair, then get further away from it, and then leave. He will then make his way to the kitchen through the drive-through window or the kitchen door(the player is in a kitchen). If he is at the drive-through window, the player must go to the Control Panel and click in the Drive Away option in order to get rid of him. If he is at the Kitchen door, the player must view CAM 05 and access the speaker there to lure him away. Failing or neglecting to do so within a short matter of time will result in him attacking the player, ending the night.

Five Nights with Mac Tonight 2 Remastered[]

On Night 1 and onward he becomes active (and Custom Night if selected). He starts in a box in CAM 09, then he will peek out of the box, get out of it, and leave CAM 09. He will then go to CAM 06, CAM 01, and then CAM 04. If he is looking towards the left in CAM 04, darkened, the player must turn on the security lock in CAM 04 to keep him out. If the lock in CAM 04 is left unlocked for too long while Mac Tonight is in CAM 04, darkened, Mac Tonight will open the left door and stay there for a bit. Afterwards, he will attack the player ending the night. If he is in CAM 04 looking ahead instead of left however, not darkened, he will later enter CAM 02. If he is here, the player must turn on the security lock in CAM 02 to keep him out. If the security lock in CAM 02 is left unlocked for too long while Mac Tonight is in CAM 02, Mac Tonight will open the right door and stay there for a bit. Afterwards, he will attack the player, ending the night.

Five Nights with Mac Tonight 3[]

He begins in CAM 08, and he will move through the McBarge until reaching office. When he enters any of the three doors, the player must activate the water to make him leave. If the player ignore him or take too much time, Mac Tonight will jumpscare the player, causing a game over.

Five Nights with Mac Tonight 2 Year Anniversary Edition[]

As in the original game, Mac Tonight can access the window or the door. When Mac Tonight is at the door, the player must use the speakers to make he go away. And when Mac Tonight is in the window, the player must spray the window while he is there, so he can't see the player, making him to go away.
