Man is minor man in the Character What franchise. He is the main antagonist from Disney's 1942 animated film Bambi, and a member of The Forces of Evil.
Character What: The Adventures[]
In Bambi, Man used a deer call to imitate the voice of Bambi's Mother to lure Bambi into a deadly trap and unleased three of his dogs to kill the young fawn, which Bambi froze in fear upon seeing the dogs coming right at him. However, the crows alert both Shadow Joe and the Great of the Forest, who came to Bambi's rescue and fights off the dogs, causing them to retreat back to the master. However, the Prince spots a glint from Man's rifle in the treeline and the Prince, Shadow Joe and Bambi escaped from the meadow as Man fires a shot.
Character What: Tales[]
In Bambi Meets My Little Pony, the crows alert both Bambi, Twilight Sparkle and her friends of Man's returns, he unleased several of his dogs to attack Bambi and the Mane Six. However, Twilight and her friends fights off the dogs, causing them again to retreat back to Man. Bambi spots a glint from Man's rifle from a dark area and he and the Mace Six made their escape as Man yet again fires a shot.
Character What: Hero Force[]
In Bambi Missies Mother, when Bambi was now missing his mother even since she was killed by Man, Twilight Sparkle and her friends set up a party in hopes of cheering Bambi up, which actually works until Man arrives in Ponyville (presumably send there by Shadow Aaron) in attempt to kill Bambi. Bambi senses Man coming and hide upstairs under Pinkie Pie's bed. Bambi now feeling scared of Man's arrival, though the Mane Six block Man out and Bambi suddenly fell asleep, and had a terrifying nightmare of being hunted by Man. Twilight and her friends somehow managed to drive Man away from Bambi, but Bambi was now even more depressed upon having a nightmare of Man.
Trivia[]
- In both Bambi films, Man was a unseen character, but in the Character What franchise he actually makes a physical appearance in the episode Man in the Forest, when he meets Bambi face to face, who was still fawn at that time.
