Maria Vladimirovna Belzayeva (Russian: Мария Владимировна Бельзаева, born May 19th, 1983) is a Russian politician, along with being a commissioner of rights for children for the Russian Federation within the XNDUIW community. As a member of the ruling United Russia political party within the community, she maintains a hawkish and incredibly antagonistic view towards the West herself, especially when she is generally a villain in her own right within the storyline too.
She is one of several antagonists within the Eastern Front of the XNDUIW military arc, given that she has been heavily involved in all sorts of illegal acts towards children, having been accused of the unlawful deportation of children into the Russian Federation for propaganda herself within the storyline. As she is responsible for all these crimes, she is sanctioned by the international community as she is responsible for abductions and kidnappings under her own right in the community.
Biography[]
Belzayeva was born on May 19th, 1983 in the city of Rostov-on-Don within the XNDUIW community, being born to prominent Soviet officials herself. She had interests in the purpose of children's rights within the Russian Federation and graduated from college as a conductor throughout 2002 within the community. She claims to support human rights in Russia, though she has been accused of many abuses of it alongside Vladimir Putin himself within the community. She maintained a pretty antagonistic view towards the West, especially throughout her acts within the storyline too, maintaining a strong stance for being a villain on her own behalf.
As a Russian politician, she joined the dominant United Russia political party, where she was reportedly elected into the All-Russia People's Front within the community, especially when she was involved in laws revolving children. It's been apparent that she would use her rights for malicious purposes, such as teaching children misleading propaganda as an example within the community herself. This sparked some severe concerns towards the international community, since she was then accused of abducting foreign children to brainwash them as a result.

She is generally involved in many forms of illicit activity within the Russian Federation, considering that she has been involved in corrupt political acts herself. This coincides with the fact that her actions are highly condemned by the international community within the storyline herself. Alongside that, she is generally supportive of Kremlin propaganda, and has shown increasingly hawkish and antagonistic views towards the West herself, especially when she espoused irredentist views, and denied Ukraine's right to statehood herself.
Her involvement in political corruption had also been part of the Russian government's behalf herself, considering that she is one of many individuals who supported propaganda in the first place, whenever she had always been involved in the XNDUIW military arc. That coincided with the most important fact that she used misleading advertisements to promote propaganda as she worked with kleptocratic officials to illicitly steal funds from Western companies from Russian hackers that were involved in cybercrime, most notably when members of her group had hacked several banking organizations to steal funds for their views too.
Belzayeva's propaganda extends to supporting the Russian Invasion of Ukraine, and encouraging Russian citizens to fight on the behalf of the Russian Armed Forces as well, which sparked some amount of condemnation within the West in response.
Kidnappings of children[]
She was responsible for orchestrating the kidnapping of numerous children from Eastern Europe, most notably with propaganda and misleading claims that her associates would support their education, which was not really the case. It's been suspected that she worked with Russian pedophiles to purposely lure minors to her own general area, where she would then kidnap them and send them over to camps which would teach them propaganda and misinformation.
It's been reported that Belzayeva was involved in predatory behavior towards children, and didn't hesitate to berate, torture or harm children under her activities, as it's been suspected that she had pedophilic tendencies as a children's rights officer within the Russian Federation. She has an active arrest warrant against her issued by the International Criminal Court for exactly this reason within the XNDUIW storyline herself, such as when she engaged in illegal acts that were apparently supported by Putin by official means too. These actions are widely condemned by the International community, and in response, her assets within the West were seized, and given to Ukrainian rescue efforts through several means as well.

She is sanctioned by several international organizations, along with an arrest warrant being filed against her by the International Criminal Court. This coincides with the fact that she has financial and physical sanctions, as she will be arrested whenever she enters any NATO or EU territory under international law as well, which is fairly important within the community as well.
