Matt McGregor was an evil boy who committed serious crimes.

First crime[]

Matt always had a reputation of being bratty. He was neglected by his parents, David and Cheryl. His only friends in school were a mean-spirited girl named Maren Hoffmann, her best friend Jake Cuttsfielder, and Jake's older brother Jeff. It all came to a head when his Asian-American neighbors, Victor and Karen Pluto, had a baby who they named Madeline, which had been a miracle for them, as they tried to have a kid in the past, but were unable to conceive at that time. To them, she was the center of attention, and Matt hated it because he felt jealous and wanted to be given love. Thus, he went into the house, snatched the newborn Thai girl from her crib, and took her to the beach to drown her. However, her parents came to the rescue, angering Matt. For the next two years, he kept plotting to kill her and went into her house to take her toys away from her and pinch her. A few weeks after she turned 3, Matt bribed a man named Bill Schmidt to kidnap and kill her, and was extremely pleased when hearing that she was dead and that her body had been disposed of, but was enraged when hearing that Bill had been arrested and sent to prison, so he then went to the house of the little girl's parents, who were in a deep state of mourning, found a kitchen knife on their counter, stabbed them both to death, and disposed of their bodies. After that, he found his other neighbors, a 5 year old African-American boy named Gabriel Mazon, a 6 year old blonde girl named Aspen Clark and her 5 year old sister Sierra, a 6 year old boy with glasses named Brad Boller, a 1 year old brunette girl named Mia Mettais, a 6 year old brunette girl named Maddison and her 18 month brother Macrae, an 8 year old boy named Brandon Calbart, a 5 year old dirty blonde girl named Gabrielle Margas and her 4 year old brother John, two 6 year old twin African-American sisters named Dakota and Dylan Snyder, a 4 year old girl named Chloe Tyler and her 4 month old brother Toby, a 7 year old African-American girl named Akiala Nanyamaka, a 2 year old African-American girl named Shelby Gary, a 6 month old Hispanic girl named Megan de Guzman, a 3 month old African-American boy named Elijah Ellis, and a 6 year old Indian girl named Sarika Mehta, all of whom he was also jealous of because of the love they were given, and captured them with the help of Bill Schmidt, who he helped escape from prison, massacring their parents, Raymond and Tara Mazon, Julie Aigner and Bill Clark, Dale and Susan Boller, Jeffrey and Doris Mettais, Joseph and Christina Long, Fernando and Ellen Calbart, Michael and Laura Margas, Jason and Amanda Snyder, Greg and Margaret Tyler, Anthony and Rochelle Nanyamaka, Benjamin and Martha Gary, Hector and Kelly de Guzman, Louis and Victoria Ellis, and Kamal and Indira Mehta, and also disposing of their bodies. He and Bill Schmidt then put the children inside the trunk, and then found a ditch, and so he watched with glee as Bill took the children out of the trunk and threw them to the ditch, killing them. The two then drove back to the neighborhood, where Bill Schmidt, was arrested by police and shot to death. By the time that had happened, Maren, Jake, and Jeff had died a few months earlier as a result of being eaten by snakes and scorpions from being malnourished as a result of being expelled from school, disowned by their parents, and kicked out of their houses for deliberately knocking down a beehive that caused a 7 year old boy named Mark Scholz (who Maren, Jake, and Jeff frequently tormented) to get stung to death and led an 8 year old girl who Mark had a crush on named Samantha Allison to run away from home in sadness, only to be found lifeless in a hole, and Markie, Mark's grandmother who had raised him as a result of his father Tim dying of an illness before he was born and his mother Jenna dying giving birth to him, to die from depression.

Other crimes[]

As he grew, he was hated by many people in his school and home life, including his relatives and teachers, but also had a cult of followers who defended his actions. His heroes were the Nazis and the Confederate States of America, which were against his school's code of conduct. His actions included the following:

  • Deliberately misrepresenting the truth- He claimed that his grades were great, even though they were all either Ds or Fs. He claimed that this was because his teachers were awful and treated him differently than the other kids, whining "They just single me out and pick on me!", but he actually failed to hand in homework, cut class, and did not study for exams.
  • Bullying and mocking others- He mocked and harassed students who were really vulnerable and more fragile than him, such as students with disabilities, students who were from other countries, students who were of other religions, and students with mental illnesses. He denied this and said that he was "only having some fun" and that they "don't get his humor", and when he was punished for it, his excuse was that they deserved it because they were mean to him.
  • Being easily influenced by the negative motives of others- He made costly decisions in choosing friends. He gravitated to students who repeatedly got into trouble, often broke the rules, and had some kind of power over him. He was thin-skinned and had low self-esteem, which caused his friends to manipulate him into feeling strong and powerful. He did anything to make himself admired and strong, including misguided things. When he was told that his friends were a bad influence and had gotten him into trouble, he defended them. One of the students who he befriended, Linux Freshman, eventually grew up to become a school shooter and a cannibal who was nicknamed "The Inventive Chef" due to his method of cooking his victims after killing them and was put on trial and sentenced to death for his crimes.
  • Needing to be the center of attention- He did outrageous stunts to be in the spotlight. He disrupted class and sporting events by bragging about something really great that he did. However, many times, these things were not true.
  • Violating physical boundaries and denying any wrongdoing- Once, he groped a girl named Marla Steinberg Cohen, who was already dealing with intergenerational trauma resulting from her father Ezekiel's ancestors using Christianity to justify slavery, colonialism, and imperialism and her mother Ilana's ancestors being murdered in the Holocaust and pogroms, in the hallway, bragged about it at gym and posted it on Myspace. He denied that he assaulted her, saying "She asked for it!". This caused him to be expelled, which made him so upset that when he went home, he found a gun in his father's drawer, and shot and killed his parents, causing him to be arrested and sent to a juvenile delinquent center. All students who defended him were expelled as well, for violating school rules by condoning his actions and attempting to silence criticism.
  • Failing to take responsibility for misbehavior- He did not follow rules, and used the excuse that someone else made him do it and was to blame.
  • Defying rules and authority- He butted heads with, opposed, and did not pay attention to authority figures, without thinking of the consequences.
  • Acting thoughtlessly and impulsively- He blamed authority figures for picking on him in order to justify his actions.
  • Seeking revenge and retaliating when slighted- He threatened revenge on anyone who opposed him, scaring people in the process.

Final crime and defeat[]

Eventually, he escaped the center and ended up in the house of a Jewish-American family called the Avirams. He annoyed the oldest son in the family, Dean, who was 14 years old and had autism, by playing pranks on him and giving him wedgies and swirlies. This annoyed the boy's parents, Jene and Eran (AKA Ronnie) and his brother, Adam, who was younger than him by a year, immensely, but he didn't listen to them. He also abused the family cat and dog, Montana and Carolina, and tried to destroy and hack the boy's computer, which angered the parents and younger boy even more. When Matt told the older boy about what had happened to him in the past, he was infuriated to the point of scolding him, and thought of a way to punish him which was making him drink poisoned Snapple. He then made Matt drink the Snapple, but instead of killing him, it shrunk him to a miniature size. A shadowy skeletal figure in a black cloak and wielding a scythe named Death, who had put Matt on his hitlist alongside past and future enemies of Dean who abused their powers and disregarded the lives of others out of a desire to be loved, then showed up out of nowhere, unnoticed by Dean, whistled an ominous tune for Matt to hear that echoed around the house, and then vanished, leaving Matt very unnerved. Dean then asked him if he knew what birds were descended from. Matt smugly replied that he learned in school that birds are descended from dinosaurs, which caused a Pterodactyl to appear, eat him, and spit out his clothes, defeating him for good. Unbeknownst to Dean, a young girl named Adina was watching from outside, as she was a witness to all the deaths of Dean's enemies, which taught her the damaging effects of control and entitlement, as they were all either dictators (a tyrant named Anakin Skywalker but better known as Darth Vader, a supervisor named Biff Tannen, a tyrant named Sauron, a lion named Scar, a sorcerer named Jafar, a sea witch named Ursula, a prince named Hans, a judge named Claude Frollo, a cat named Pete, a demon named Chernabog, a queen known as Queen Grimhilde, a fairy named Maleficent, a ruler known as King Candy, a skeleton known as the Horned King, a ruler known as the Queen of Hearts, a lion named Prince John, a colonizer named John Ratcliffe, a general named Shan Yu, a deity named Hades, a sorceress named Yzma, an alien named Captain Gantu, a cyborg named Long John Silver, a sheep named Dawn Bellwether, a gang of weasels known as the Toon Patrol, a ruler named Narissa, a grasshopper named Hopper, a nobleman known as Lord Farquaad, an ant known as General Mandible, an alien named Gallaxhar, a robot named Megatron, an overlord named Lord Zedd, a troll named Queen Gnorga, an owl known as The Grand Duke of Owls, a ruler known as Queen Beryl, a broker named Frieza, a dragon named Bowser, a king named Rothbart, a Lego named Lord Business, a corrupt politician known as Mayor Shelbourne, etc.) or mass murderers (a supervillain named Jack Napier but better known as the Joker, a dark wizard named Tom Riddle but better known as Voldemort, a witch known as The Wicked Witch of the West, a frog named Constantine, a Martian named Marvin, a wizard named Gargamel, a racecar driver named Dick Dastardly, a criminal named Snidely Whiplash, a brute named Bluto, a vulture named Buzz Buzzard, a criminal known as The Shredder, a skeleton named Skeletor, a businessman named Dr. Claw, a military organization known as Cobra, a clown named Pennywise, a criminal gang called the Droogs, a serial killer named Hannibal Lecter, a murderer named Freddy Krueger, a doll named Chucky, a murderer named Leatherface, a serial killer named Carrie White, a shapeshifting spirit named Dark Heart, a pony named Trixie Lulamoon, two bullies named Whittany and Brittany Biskitt, a copepod named Sheldon J. Legacy[]

Even after his death, he still had an effect on the people who he harmed. Dean, the boy who Matt abused, not only still had nightmares about him, but also had his own problems throughout his adolescence, which were similar to Matt's desire to be loved, though not as violent. This is because Dean was desperate for a female partner and a family of his own, which consistently ended up hurting him, because his crushes rejected him as they were already in relationships (his 9th grade global history teacher Mrs. Mills, his 11th grade marine biology teacher Ms. Casali, three actresses named Hayden Panettiere, Jennifer Tilly, and Brittany Murphy, an Internet personality named Tiffany Garcia, who was more commonly known as Cupquake, six princesses named Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora, Ariel, Belle, and Jasmine, a fox named Maid Marian, and a superhero named Helen Parr, who was more famous as Elastigirl due to her ability to stretch) or refused to enter relationships either for reasons based on trauma (Marla Steinberg Cohen, who was the girl who Matt had harassed, three ponies named Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, and Ditzy Doo, the last of whom was taunted by bullies who called her Derpy due to her crossed eyes, a cow named Grace, two squirrels named Slappy Squirrel and Andie, six princesses named Rapunzel, Elsa, Anna, Princess Bubblegum, Anastasia, and Odette, a lion named Nala, a supervillain named Harley Quinn, a parrot named Jewel, a panda named Penny Ling, a Romani woman named Esmeralda, a superhero named Raven, a rabbit named Lola Bunny, a Jedi named Rey, a witch named Hermione Granger, a pig named Miss Piggy, a canary named Margalo, a passion fruit named Passion Fruit, a fish named Dory, an ogre named Fiona, a mammoth named Ellie, a mouse named Mrs. Brisby, a monster named Susan Murphy, who was more commonly known as Ginormica due to her size, an opossum named Heather, a Neanderthal named Eep Crood, a cowgirl toy named Jessie, a turkey named Jenny, five action heroines named Katara, Kairi, Usagi Tsukino, who was more commonly known as Sailor Moon, Megara, and Pearl, and two regular human beings named Grace Hastings, who was more commonly known as Twinkle Toes, and Candace Flynn) or due to a focus on their own personal goals (four ponies named Twilight Sparkle, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, and Rarity, a sports car named Sally Carrera, three princesses named Tiana, Merida, and Moana, an emotion named Joy, a Lego named Lucy, who was more commonly known as Wyldstyle, a fox named Carmelita, two superheroes named Diana Prince, who was more famous as Wonder Woman, and Honey Lemon, three reporters named April O'Neil, Samantha Sparks, and Roxanne Ritchi, a rabbit named Judy Hopps, a spider named Charlotte A. Adina had also witnessed it all happen, which upset her immensely, as she didn't like the idealized way society portrayed love, romance, relationships, and family life, especially when Dean threw tantrums when things didn't go his way or when he found advice from several quirky figures who either knew his crushes very well (a crab named Sebastian, a seagull named Scuttle, a genie simply known as Genie, a candlestick named Lumiere, a clock named Cogsworth, a teapot named Mrs. Potts, her teacup son Chip, a feather duster named Babette, a wardrobe simply known as the Wardrobe, four fairies named Flora, Fauna, Merryweather, and the Fairy Godmother, seven dwarfs named Bashful, Grumpy, Sleepy, Happy, Sneezy, Dopey, and Doc, a cat named Snowbell, a stingray named Mr. Ray, a fashion designer named Edna Mode, a small car named Luigi and his forklift assistant Guido, three dogs named Rowlf, Slinky Dog, and Pops, two robots named C3PO and R2D2, five penguins named Ramon, Nestor, Raul, Rinaldo, and Lombardo, a turtle named Verne, a duck named Paddy, a musician named Dr. Teeth, a shepherdess named Bo Peep, three monsters named Dr. Cockroach, the Missing Link, and B.O.B., an elderly woman named Emma Webster but better known as Granny, a detective named Velma Dinkley, two mice named Pinky and the Brain, a rat named Splinter, a ram known as the Old Sheep, a pear named Pear, a fish named Sykes, a red panda named Master Shifu, a police officer named Earl Devereaux, a goose named Marcel, a toucan named Rafael, a cat-unicorn hybrid named Unikitty, five ponies named Octavia Melody, Vinyl Scratch, Celestia, Luna, and Cheerilee, a pet shop owner known as Mrs. Twombly, a gaming system named BMO, eight action heroines named Toph Beifong, Garnet, Amethyst, Starfire, Minako Aino, who was better known as Sailor Venus, Ami Mizuno, who was better known as Sailor Mercury, Rei Hino, who was better known as Sailor Mars, and Makoto Kino, who was better known as Sailor Jupiter, an emotion named Sadness, a buffalo named Chief Bogo, a badger known as Friar Tuck, a snowman named Olaf, a robot named Baymax, a demigod named Maui, and a professor named Severus Snape), knew what it was like to constantly be in the public eye (seven actors named Antonio Banderas, Jack Black, James Earl Jones, Sam Elliott, Morgan Freeman, Tom Hanks, and Paul Newman, eight comedians named Jerry Seinfeld, Steve Martin, Bill Murray, John Leguizamo, Eddie Murphy, Sacha Baron Cohen, Robin Williams, and George Carlin, eight Internet personalities named Doug Walker, John Green, Hank Green, Benny Fine, Rafi Fine, Colin Gregory Palmer Grey, who was better known as CGP Grey, Mike Rugnetta, and Keith Hughes, who was better known as Hip Hughes, and a nobleman named Don Juan), had been through worse traumas than his (a wise elderly man who had been living since Mesopotamian times named Aram Nahrim, a human rights activist named Nelson Mandela, a philosopher named Baruch Spinoza, a crab named Mr. Krabs, two fairies named Cosmo and Wanda, a meerkat named Timon, a warthog named Pumbaa, a monkey named Rafiki, a hornbill named Zazu, a hat loving man known as the Mad Hatter, four rabbits named the March Hare, Thumper, Roger, and Lucky Jack, seven cats named the Cheshire Cat, Thomas O'Malley, Mittens, Sawyer, Eek, Felix, and Butch, two donkeys named Eeyore and Donkey, a tiger named Tigger, an owl known as Owl, four normal children named Buford Van Stomm, Baljeet Tjinder, Isabella Garcia-Shapiro, and Butters Stotch, twelve dogs named Goofy, Lady, Perdita, Georgette, Kipper, Duke, Jenna, Gromit, Annabelle, Snoopy, Underdog, and Brian Griffin, a skunk named Flower, five mice named Timothy Q.
