Jessica Johnson, better known as Mayor, is the secondary antagonist of The All ☆ Star Dogman Universe.
She is the former mayor of Okhay Ville and the former leader/founder of A.R.F.G.U.S. She was also known to using her mayoral powers in ways that prove to not be beneficial to the city, such as cutting the funding of the Police Station to fund A.R.F.G.U.S, which, despite being made to protect the city, ends up adding more chaos than anything, as well as firing all of the cops and replacing them with PETEY Bots.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
She was born to the current mayor at the time, Hobo Johnson, so people assumed she was always destined for greatness. However, she would be known for being style over substance, getting C's on school projects and dropping out of Yale a few seconds after entering. However, she would get the position of mayor.
The Robotic Arms Race[]
The Mayor would storm into the office of Chief, explaining to him that all workers in the entire city will be replaced by PETEY Bots. She would replace Chief with Robo-Chief and over the course of a few days, she would slowly replace all robots in Okhay Ville with the PETEY bots. However, Petey would alter the code of PETEY Bots, allowing them to revoult. The Mayor would be super mad at him and send out Robo-Chief to destroy them. Robo-Chief, however, would be destroyed by The DogBot 2000. The Mayor would be mad but couldn't do anything due to the Okhay Ville Police Station being disbanded and having no control over the PETEY Bots.
The Battle of Ohkay Ville[]
After Dogman and Chief busted Petey in a sting operation, the Mayor would confront Petey about the issues of the PETEY Bot's code. At first, Petey disguies it as a glitch before sending out The DogBot to attack Dogman. Mayor would regonize it from Robo-Chiefs assasination, Leading to Petey just admitting he was trying to take over Okhay Ville and would summon all his bots to attack everyone. The Mayor is later seen throwing robot parts at the Petey Mech in order to destroy it and taking a picture with Dogman for good publicity.
Founding A.R.F.G.U.S[]
After the battle of Okhay Ville, She realized she had to do something important. So she would create a special task force team known as A.R.F.G.U.S, hiring the strongest and smartest people in Okhay Ville to work.
Defeating, investigating Flippy, and gaining more technology[]
After hearing about Flippy's destructive rampage. She would send out multiple A.R.F.G.U.S agents to attack him, yet their efforts would be useless due to Flippy's sheer power. After the battle, the Mayor and Mason Yale would investigate the aftermath, wanting to take both Flippy's corpse and the Orb to experiment on. However, Petey would take Flippy's corpse. After this, The Mayor would demand Mason Yale (Alongside Dogman and Petey) to go to Petey's Secret Lab to take all his technology. After nearly being killed by Petey, Dogman and Chief would successfully deliver all the technology to A.R.F.G.U.S, giving them more resources.
Becoming Dumber[]
After Petey used the Word-B-Gone 2000 to make the world much dumber, Mayor and Mason Yale would be the only members of A.R.F.G.U.S to be unaffected. Mason Yale would send out the T-Rex Corps in order to get them off their hands. Eventually, the affects of the Word-B-Gone 2000 would be undone, reverting A.R.F.G.U.S back to normal.
Fixing the city[]
After Petey destroyed the city with The Orb from an alternate reality, she would have to pay off all the damages. Mason Yale would list a plethora of real and fictional people who could pay off the damages, concerning Mayor.
Defeating the Monster Plant[]
After Petey glitched out from a huge surge of Physcokinetic energy, a Monster Plant would be created. The Mayor would respond by sending out the T-Rex Corps and Captain Rexx (Leader of said Corps) to get the Police Station to help them: The Mayor (Alongside Dogman, Chief, Mason Yale, and Captain Rexx) would enter the stomach of the Monster Plant in order to find a way to destroy it from the inside. While inspecting it's stomach, Dogman would bite the ulcer of the Plant. Combined with a Gunshot from Victor, it would cause the Plant's lower half to collapse. The Mayor would hand the mission off to the Police Station and Victor after this failure.
Chief overpowers her[]
After Chief is crowned king by a bunch of Knights, the Mayor would temporarly lose control over Okhay Ville. After Chief's reign of power ended however, The Mayor would become the mayor once again.
Getting Access to a Genie Lamp[]
The Mayor would learn about a Genie that came from a lamp, and (wanting to dispose of some Kidney Stones) would send out the T-Rex Corps to get the lamp for her. After successfully gaining the lamp, it would be taken by Chief and Dogman. The Mayor would chase the two of them, but would run out of breath and let Mason Yale and Captain Rexx chase the two.
Stopping an Imposter[]
After seeing an Imposter of Dogman unleash chaos, she would send out the T-Rex Corps and go and arrest him. But Dogman would be released after they realized Dogman wasn't the imposter, the Mayor would even send out the T-Rex Corps again to hunt down Petey. However, she accidentally sent them to the wrong house.
Hiring a Cat Hunter[]
Due to Petey and a group of Mummies taking the city and causing Chaos, Mason Yale would pitch the idea of hiring a Cat Hunter to hunt down Petey. As a result, A.R.F.G.U.S would hire Bluie Thy Hunt (A disturbed Cat Hunter) to which the Mayor would realize that it was a horrible idea to hire Bluie.
Temporarly Killed[]
At the Warden's funeral, The Mayor would be one of many victims of an attack by the The Boy Band Of Cat Jail. This would cause a domino effect within A.R.F.G.U.S in which they would slowly go more insane, throwing parties and being rendered useless. However, after the world was destroyed and rebuilt by Blank Slate. Everyone was revived, including the Mayor.
Helping the Mind Control Epidemic[]
After a trio of Evil Zebras started to take terroize the city, Dogman and Chief would immedialty rush to MT. A.R.F.G.U.S and ask the Mayor for help. They would ask if Mason Yale was around to help, but the Mayor would say he was "Sick" from being overworked. However, the Mayor would get suspicious about Chief's opinion on A.R.F.G.U.S, as Chief only seems to ask for the help of Mason and no one else. Chief denies the rumour, to where the Mayor sends Captain Rexx out to help them with their duties.
Losing the election[]
The Mayor would make a giant statue of Chip the Wolf, which would enrage the city. She would be utterly delusional to any backlash, stating that everyone was ungrateful for the statue. Mason Yale (In retalitation) would say that he always thought the Mayor was incompetent and the worst mayor Okhay Ville had ever seen. The Mayor proceeded to fire Mason Yale for "Treason". However, her spot as Mayor would challenged by Petey, who would bring up the fact that her term was nearly up and an election could start at any moment. During said election, the Mayor wouldn't bother to promote herself, thinking all the chaos would burn people out of them. This wouldn't work as by the third day, she had gotten no votes, she would ask for the help of Agent Hudson as a result. She would demand him to snipe Mason Yale (To which Hudson would successfully do). The Mayor would also dig into her files, finding dirt on "Blake Slattery" (Who doesn't actually exist as he is just a disguise for Blank Slate). Mayor would use Victor's hatred of Blank Slate to presumably cause a fight, leading to people thinking they suck and all the votes going to Mayor. However, her plan would fail as the one to be elected Mayor would be Petey himself.
Getting Kicked Out of A.R.F.G.U.S[]
After Petey was elected as mayor, the rest of A.R.F.G.U.S voted for Petey to become the new ruler of A.R.F.G.U.S, retailiating against the former mayor and kicking her out.

The Mayor is very demanding, constantly yelling and demanding people do everything around her. Despite thinking everyone else is dumb, she in reality is the dumb one, as she constantly wastes money on finacial failures and overall being less capable compared to her piers. She also has a very small temper, yelling at people when they had done nearly nothing wrong. She is also abusive towards her co-workers and is overall very lazy, as shown throughout The Dogman Show. Despite this, she is detrimed to be the Mayor for as long as she can, even going as far as to try and assinate a former co worker of hers just for running against her.

- In the original books, the Evil Mayor was the former Mayor of Ohkay City. She would work with Doctor Scum to make multiple rotten stores and Robo-Chief, before getting caught by Dog Man and being sent to Mayor Jail.
