MePhoneXI is a major character in Inanimate Insanity Roleplay, the roleplay series based off the web series Inanimate Insanity.
He serves as the secondary antagonist in Season 1 and 6, one of the two main antagonists (alongside Smapple) in Season 2, and supporting character in Season 3, 4, 5A, 7, and 8.
He is a MePhone created by Steve Cobs after his death to work as his right-hand to destroy the hotel residents. However, Cobs treated XI horribly to the point it led to XI to hate all non-robots in general. He is the archenemy of Steve Cobs.
He is portrayed by TheOneWhoWaited.
Personality[]
MePhoneXI is most of the time no-nonsense and strict. However, he is very egotistical and arrogant at the same time. He believes machines are God and that he is a God because of that. He underestimates most enemies because of his own arrogance.
His thinking he was a God got to the point he considered machines over organics, thus starting his robot revolution. During his time as a villain, he was sadistic and wrathful. He had anger breakdowns most of the time whenever someone went against his beliefs. He killed Paintbrush without a valid reason as well.
However, despite his arrogance, he ultimately does have a heart. He cares about OJ and considers him a real friend even when he was a villain, he loves Steven like they were his own child, and he respects Taco and MePhone6+ to a degree. Despite caring for people, he has put the people he cares about in danger several times, such as when he tried to cover the entire island in grey goop which would kill everyone and when he allowed the Lord of Capital to attack the contestants in Battle for 10 Wishes.
Biography[]
Season 1[]
MePhoneXI was created by Cobs to work as the best possible assassin to take out the hotel goers. However, he failed his initial goal while being controlled by Waited. Cobs fired them and gave XI an actual AI, which was much more efficient and did his job much better at the second party killing Ceve Stobs and many others.
MePhoneXI was the security of the Gala and enforced a no-nonsense idea upon guests trapping Trophy after his "brutish" display. Once the fighting broke out MePhoneXI was one of the biggest threats on the battlefield. He choked out Ceve Stobs by drowning him from the inside with nanomachines, causing him to (once again) permanently die, and XI was even stronger when paired with insanity Bow, however he did grow jealous of the attention Insanity Bow was getting and attempted to snap her in half. Later insanity Bow came back and almost killed MePhoneXI.
MePhoneXI asked Taco where Cobs was. Upon learning he was dead, XI left with his things to start the robot uprising stating "Deus Est Machina" to others when questioned. He even tried to recruit Protocol H, but he learned that it had been shut down.
Season 2[]
MePhoneXI found Apple in the woods upon hearing she got lost in there. He made a deal with her to make her smarter. As such, he put a nanobot implant inside her mind creating an alter-ego, Smapple. Smapple was much smarter than Apple, but became egotistical because of it and that made her villainous. MePhoneXI and Smapple worked with each other afterwards in the robot revolution. They added Sowacrem to the team after Smapple saw her attack the hotel. They attacked the hotel at a party and nearly burned it down. After the party, XI kicked Sowacrem out of the team after she revived Steve Cobs.
XI worked as a judge in order to gain the funds to create a bridge to a pocket dimension to extract the Lord of Capital from after they were trapped in there. Using the funds, XI opened a casino with a secret control room he and Smapple used to create the bridge. However the hotel residents knew about this and tried to get there. After XI discovered this information, he attempted to fight them, but his body began to freeze thanks to Taco freezing him, leading to his death.
Battle for 5 Wishes[]
Prior to his death, XI hosted a challenge in Battle for 5 Wishes. After his death, XI was revived by the host, Star, to continue co-hosting the rest of the show.
Season 3[]
During Cobs’ premiere event for his newest MePhone, MePhone12. Cobs revealed it was a set-up for him to have 12 kill the hotel residents. His plan was stopped by MePhoneXI who came in and scared off 12. Cobs tried to reason with XI even saying he was XI’s god. However, his pleas were ignored and XI killed him.
During the hotel’s final fight against Atricon Industries, MePhoneXI came in and defeated Paul and Knife by destroying the Laserphones Atricon brainwashed. XI tracked down Smapple and contributed greatly into defeating her for good
Season 4[]
During one of Waited’s attacks on the hotel, Waited appeared at the end and teleported Waited away.
Battle for 10 Wishes[]
Star was found dead before the season started making MePhoneXI the new host of the show. All things went smoothly until the final 4 where MePhoneXI became obsessed with wanting to make the show continue out of fear he’ll get replaced and be considered obsolete. As such, he brought the Lord of Capital to try and make the show last longer. After the contestants called them off, MePhoneXI became more normal for the rest of the season. Successfully hosting the show till the end of the season. When Waited attacked at the end, he fought against him alongside the others and won.
Season 5A[]
After MePhone13 was created, XI didn’t mind her too much. XI went on about how perfect he was which led to an argument. This argument increased XI’s insecurities and his paranoia causing him to leave the hotel.
Season 6[]
MePhoneXI came back with an army of MeTags with the goal of starting up his robot revolution to conquer the world again. He stated the grey goop he put would spread until the entire island was engulfed into it. The hotel residents went to his battleship to stop him and they fought him in his new form, MePhoneXIV. MePhone6+ blew up the battleship causing XI to have a breakdown. XI spread his nanobots in the grey goop to destroy the hotel residents. However, the Lord of Capital arrived upon hearing from Taco what MePhoneXI was doing. The Lord of Capital talked MePhoneXI out of doing this because of the prophecy the Lord of Capital made and XI joined the hotel’s side once more.
When the Eye formally introduced themself and their powers, XI immediately distrusted them and relentlessly tried to kill him. Eventually succeeding in trapping him in their own box. However, the Eye escaped. When the Eye came back, he led the hotel residents into his secret wishing chamber and revealed his motives to take over both the Earth and his home planet. XI fought against the Eye and eventually did the final blow to him by impaling him.
Season 7[]
MePhoneXI only came at the end of the season after Steven was kidnapped. XI used footage from his nanobots to uncover the identity behind Steven’s kidnapping and found out it was Cobs who was brought back thanks to Roulette.
Season 8[]
MePhoneXI went to hell alongside the other hotel residents to find Steven. However, MePhone5 and Paul repeatedly got in their way. Eventually they found a motel 5 and Paul went in and XI got in and found Smapple. Smapple told them it was vacant on purpose as a trap and tricked them into going in a room where Paul was as a distraction for MePhone5 to knock them out. During Roulette and Taco’s conversation, Roulette let XI in after Taco agreed to give Roulette her wishes and they got Steven back.
