Metal Sonic or also known as Mecha Sonic and Neo Mecha Sonic is the main antagonist of the fan film Sonic the Hedgehog: Two Worlds Collide by SXR123 alongside Broly.
He is voiced by Milanous for his base form and Spiritofahedgehog voices his Neo Mecha Sonic form who also voiced Sonic, Shadow and Shadic in the same fan film. He also reuses clips of Cooler much like the Super Mario Bros Z. version of the character here.
Appearance[]
He has an identical appearance to Mecha Sonic from Sonic the Hedgehog 3. Though some close up sprites give him an more Metal Sonic like face.
As Neo Mecha Sonic he has a more purplish color, a large golden visor and circle chest with lines of small silver and larger quills.
Personality[]
Metal Sonic is cocky, egoistical and arrogant like the regular Sonic and is power hungry villain who believe himself to be supreme. He had no problem on turning on Dr. Eggman and nearly killed him when he blew up the Death Egg. He also has an curious side when he first saw the Dragon Balls wondering what they are.
History[]
Prior to the events of the fan film Sonic and Metal Sonic fought where Sonic claimed he "deactivated" him meaning he either heavily damaged him to point of deactivating or destroyed him before likely being rebuilt by Dr. Eggman.
Metal Sonic would approach the Death Egg to steal the Blue Chaos Emerald Dr. Eggman has with his creator wondering why he is there before stealing the Chaos Emerald from him, making him run off by shooting at him and blowing up the Death Egg with missiles before laughing as it goes down.
Later on after Goku and Vegeta got transported to the Sonic World, he attempt to attack Sonic while he and co was traveling but Goku in being the way made him accidentally hit the Sayain, there he ends up introducing himself and explaining his plans as he powers himself with the Chaos Emerald he stole, though he was confused at Goku and Vegeta due to them not from his world thus not part of his database. However Vegeta due to his pride he ends up picking an fight with Metal where the robot laughs but proves to be harder than the Sayain Prince realized as he dodged his Ki attack as he chock and throw Vegeta as he deflected an spin-dash from Sonic as he uses Chaos Emerald to use Chaos Control but not before announcing he is just getting started.
Later on in a forest as Shadow, Knuckles and Vegeta manage to recover the Light Blue Chaos Emerald, Metal Sonic would emerge from underground to attack them as he would go to attack Shadow, Knuckles and Vegeta where he overwhelms them easily at first. The three would clash with him as Vegeta attempt to rush him, Knuckles ambushing him underground and Shadow using Chaos Spear on him with Vegets firing Ki Blast attacks with using Big Bang Flash attack on him where Metal Sonic emerges from the rubble as he and Shadow clash causing damage to the area as Metal counters as Chaos Spear infused spin-dash before leaving viva Chaos Control.
Later on he finds an Dragon Ball at a beach confused that is not an Chaos Emerald but noticed it having similar power to them as Goku, Sonic, Tails and Amy where he demands Goku to know what it is but as he try to shall, Amy ends up having an slip of the tongue to say they can grant wishes if 7 of them are all collected before calling Amy stupid creature before attempting to run off with it but Goku manages to stop him as he ends up fighting Goku and Sonic where he eventually had Sonic had his mercy and was about to fire his missiles to finish his counterpart off but Goku fires an Kamehameha at him sending him flying away into the distance. After landing Metal Sonic was confused by Goku's attack never seeing anything like it but however only made him curious and decided to study and learn about it.
When Shadow, Knuckles and Vegeta were in a city for an Chaos Emerald, Metal Sonic attacks Shadow ane Vegeta while Knuckles went looking for an Chaos Emerald, however Metal used an new Ki upgraded that leveled the entire city they are in but before Metal can finish the two Knuckles give Shadow the Green Chaos Emerald to allow them to escape from Metal's merc viva Chaos Control.
After collecting the remaining Chaos Emeralds after taking the remaining ones the heroes collected when Sonic and Shadow were seemly killed, he would approach Broly and Metal would use the Chaos Emeralds to turn into his Neo form. There he attempt to strike an deal with the Sayain either Broly works for him or be destroyed thinking he is stronger with the Emeralds. However the Sayain laughs as a sign of refusal, seeing it as an sign of mockery before fighting. At first Metal Sonic would manage overwhelm Broly at first as he pushed him easily and deflecting his Ki Attacks back him where the Sayain would power up when he realized his foe was not as easy to beat but Metal freezes time where he hits Broly with Chaos Blast unleashing an massive explosion on the Sayain. Though Broly would start to push him back hitting him with an Ki blast and both trading punches with each other where he spin-dashes into Broly before being sent flying and hit with a powerful blast that did major damage to him. Shocked on he should not be beaten with the Chaos Emeralds before being finished off with powerful punched and a ki blast putting an end to Metal Sonic as the battle between the two villains ends.

- Despite being called Metal Sonic in-universe he uses the Mecha Sonic sprite and referred as Mecha Sonic and Neo Mecha Sonic in the credits. Though some close ups use Metal Sonic and Neo Metal Sonic sprites though.
- He seems to take some inspiration from his Super Mario Bros Z version who also seeked out the Chaos Emeralds and become an Ultimate Form with all 7 Emeralds and uses Cooler voice clips here too.
- His Neo Mecha Sonic form sprite was made by Exorz and Lurfleman.
- While an Metal Sonic more close the actual one appears in a trailer for the sequel Two Worlds Collide 2 it is unknown if that one is an rebuilt version of him after his destruction by Broly in their fight or an different individual.
