Meters Prower the Fox is one of the main antagonists of the Swift and Sophie universe, a fan series based on the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise, specifically serving as the main antagonist of the Sophie the Hedgehog franchise.
He is the eldest son of Tails and Cream, the twin brother of Custard Prower the Rabbit, and the older brother of Ricotta "Rico" Prower the Rabbit who wants to take over the Eggman Empire in order to use its resources to help the world. He serves as the primary arch-nemesis of Sophie the Hedgehog.

Backstory[]
3 weeks after Empress Blaze the Cat gave birth to Platinum the Hedgehog and Inferno the Cat, and 8 years before the events of the series, Cream the Rabbit gave birth to Meters and Custard. 3 days later, Amy Rose the Hedgehog gave birth to Swift and Sophie. Shortly afterwards, Rouge the Bat gave birth to Tarsals the Echidna and Scarlet the Bat. The couples of Blaze & Silver, Tails & Cream, Sonic & Amy, and Knuckles & Rouge celebrated. 2 years later, Amy gave birth to Mia, and 3 months after that, Cream gave birth to Rico.
3 years later, whereas Scarlet, Swift, and Mia became best friends with Platinum and Inferno, Sophie and Tarsals became best friends with Meters and Custard, with the former even sparring with Custard for fun. However, one day during Sonic and Tails' visit, they talked about how they and the Restoration are really close to destroying the Eggman Empire. This gave Meters the idea to take over the Eggman Empire instead so that he can use its resources to help advance Chaos Dimension Earth's technology. Custard agreed with this plan, and volunteered to become Meters' right-hand.
Sophie the Hedgehog[]
Meters started his first evil plan with him and Custard co-organizing a successful heist on the Chaos Emeralds in Angel Island to power a weapon he created called the Enemy Eraser that will kill a huge group of members of the Guardian Unit of Nations and the Restoration, so long as they refuse to surrender their plans of destroying the Eggman Empire. This strikes slight fear into the hearts of both heroic factions, who still manage to have enough courage to fight Meters' army. During their first war against him, they were unfortunately unsuccessful thanks to the fact that he mass-produced Boss-Level Eggman-style mechs and multiple Wispon Tanks that destroyed a lot of their military units. Problem is that it takes 24 hours for the machine to power-up and use the Chaos Energy to demolish all the targets any of Meters' bots detect are a part of his enemy armies.
Although Meters deleted Abraham Tower and any other friends of his father he considered to be "helpful" to Earth from the list of targets of his Enemy Eraser, Tails still had to defeat him. The method he employed is using a small group of heroes consisting of Sophie, and her new "teammates", Speedy (an orphan porcupine who ran away from his parents because they kept forcing him to be a businessman like them, when in actuality, he wanted to be a crimefighter) and Sasha (an orphan porcupine whose parents she lost in a war against the Eggman Empire at 6 years old). However, Meters prepared for this too, since he knew Sophie would be angered at his decision. He hired 7 powerful kids around his age (Scalar the Crocodile, Silhouette the Chameleon, Hazel the Bee, Gnaw the Jerboa, Boomer the Woodpecker, Blizzard the Polar Bear, and Ivy the Hamster) to keep fake versions of the 7 Chaos Emeralds akin to Tails' fake Emeralds that emit only a quarter of the power of a real Chaos Emerald in 7 areas in 7 relatively distant areas so that the main heroes could be distracted and tricked into thinking he didn't have the Chaos Emeralds.
When Sophie defeated all 7 of Meters' lackeys and got the 7 Fake Emeralds, Tarsals, who was secretly spying on Meters and Custard, revealed to her that the machine already has the real Chaos Emeralds and she's been tricked by Meters into thinking that those were true Chaos Emeralds, and thus, has left him be for 22 hours. He also noted that she should destroy his machine in 2 hours and go through a gauntlet of obstacles similar to the obstacles she encountered in the 7 areas she traversed through in Meters' ground base and airship, The Storm. After traversing through that area and defeating a significantly tougher Custard than the Custard she remembered from her sparring sessions with her when they were best friends, she boards the Storm to battle Meters, who has had a giant mech that was extremely tough, but ultimately defeated through the pink hedgehog's wits. Since the machine was connected to the laser barriers protecting his machine, Speedy and Sasha were able to shut down the machine in time, saving thousands of army members from dying in the process. After that, they and Tarsals destroyed the machine entirely and also destroyed Meters and Custard's base of operations. Meters leaves behind a note saying "Be glad the Master Emerald wasn't stolen, it was flying above a highly populated area as of the time of my heist of the Chaos Emeralds." and flying away with Custard. Tails, with Sonic, Amy, Knuckles, and Cream on his plane, congratulated Sophie for her heroic deeds, and her parents hugged her. Knuckles then hugged Tarsals for saving the armies, with Cream reminding the four that they still need to be worried for her kids, since they'll come back and come up with another well-intentioned, but ultimately evil plan to take over the Eggman Empire.
Personality[]
Meters is an ambitious fox boy who constantly attempts to protect the Eggman Empire, going as far as brainwashing and killing soldiers of armies that attempt to destroy the Eggman Empire. He is also apathetic to the situations of most of his foes, not caring if they are widowed, orphaned, or any other condition.
However, deep down, Meters is a well-intentioned extremist who genuinely wants a better future for his world by improving technology. He also has some care for Team Sophie, as he doesn't want to kill them, but rather, at worst, put them in a state where they need to be cryogenically frozen so they could come back to life and "help the world with their heroics". He has the same care for Tails, Sonic, and their friends as well, as he claims them to be "Earth's greatest heroes". This also applies to all of the "great heroes" he considers important to sustaining the Earth environmentally, socially, or economically. His honor for these types of people is by far his most humanizing trait outside of his insecurities, which motivated him to strive to be better than his father ever was by taking over the Eggman Empire.
Also, while he's also generally a bad boss to his robots, it's only because he didn't program them with sentience to care for their well-being, and he otherwise cares for the rest of the members of his army. Plus, he loves Custard, always insists on working alongside her in his evil schemes, and calls her an "insistent sidekick", who doesn't want to take over, because she believes that Meters leads everything. He also doesn't mind when she insists on teaming up with Team Sophie and the other heroes to defeat worse threats, because she only insists if there is a way they can still keep Eggman from knowing that they'll betray him in the future.
Overall, despite being currently the most feared enemy of the Restoration (even overtaking Eggman despite his goals being related to his empire) and the most personal foe of both Sophie and Tails, he still has honor for the great heroes and his friends, trying not to kill them, and he is genuinely well-intentioned.
