Mewtwo, also later known as Mewthree, is the main antagonist of the German Pokémon fangame Pokémon: Nightmare Invasion. He was created as a result of the experiments by the Alakazam that lead to the disappearance of Azure City. It ended up going rouge though, and begin its plan to wipe out all who opposed him.
Personality[]
Mewtwo from his very creation showed extreme arrogance and a massive god complex. He constantly spouted about being unstoppable and believed that he was a god and continuously referred to himself as one. Mewtwo also completely lacked any empathy for anyone that he killed or died as the result of his actions, believing that he was the only one who mattered. This is also what leads Mewtwo to attempt his plan, believing that he was the one who would make a better world for himself to rule over as a god. While he claims he has good intentions, he in reality only care about fulfilling his massive god complex and doesn't care about anyone else.
Mewtwo on two occasions is also shown to be incredibly ungrateful. First killing the Alazkazams that gave him life simply because they refused to submit to him and then killing Gavin when he upgraded him.
After Mewtwo was upgraded into Mewthree he became even worse now believing he was truly invincible and god-like. Which would be his undoing as he gave Jack a chance to fight him believing he would still easily beat him regardless.
History[]
Mewtwo as a result of the experiments that lead to the disappearance of Azure City by the Alazkazams was brought into existence. Mewtwo would end up going rogue and fleeing to the Super Market where he would end up transforming the people left there into puppets who would eventually all be killed by Jack.
Mewtwo returned to the Gene Co building and killed the remaining four Alazkazams that created him as well as mutated a few humans that were leftover. Jack would confront him and Mewtwo would admit to killing his creators because they wouldn't submit to him as well as showing no care over the many people he mutated and were killed due to him, before both Jack and Mewtwo fight. Mewtwo is defeated for complicated reasons and teleports away.
It should be noted that if Jack hasn't visited and progressed through the graveyard tower of Azure City completely before going to the boss fight, he will get turned into an Alakazam and lose the boss fight, regardless of how well he does, resulting in a game over.
Mewtwo would end up taken by Gavin who would be upgraded and completed into Mewthree, he upgraded him by having Mewtwo infused with all the knowledge and memories of the people of Azure City. Once the process is done on Mewthree he kills Gavin and the three scientists who helped Gavin. Mewthree is now a massive super powerful giant and begins his explicitly stated plan to destroy the world and recreate it in his own image.
Jack, however, figures out that in reality Mewthree is just pathetic and while Mewthree has the power he does not have the emotions to use it. Mewtwo still believing that he is superior decides to give Jack a fair fight believing that he will still win easily. Jack luckily takes down Mewthree and kill him putting a stop to Mewtwo/Mewthree's nightmare and the horrors of the city once and for all.

Jack: My... My eyes. Mewthree: I understand how easy humans can be crushed. I see how easy it is to bring despair upon them. But why are you not falling? Why don't you face the fact that I AM YOUR TRUE KING? Jack: Because you don't feel. You may have the memories of all the people here, but you don't have the emotions or the experience. You have no will of your own. You're a machine. Something artificial with a goal built into it. Mewthree: I... I... Your words don't fit my calculations. I don't feel any despair in your voice. Jack: I have seen some seriously weird shit here in Azure City. You are no different or more disturbing than the Alakazams for example. You are actually more pathetic. You are trying too hard. You may have the knowledge. But you have no idea how to use it. You may have the power. But you don't know for what. Mewthree: How... How dare you? Jack: Because it's true. You have no goal. Chances are, you're going to kill yourself after you kill me. Mewthree: E... ENOUGH! |

- While the original Mewtwo is hardly a saint, this version is way worse, lacking any of his original counterparts positive traits and dying instead of redeeming himself.
