Millie Ravenclaw is a supporting antagonist in season 2 of All For Luz, serving as one of the secondary antagonists (alongside Riley Stewardson and Jonah Smith) of the Summer Break Shenanigans and Death to Normality arcs. She is a member of the Emperor's Coven and Belos's personal assassin who he loaned to Tyler Wittebane to deal with Luz in the Human Realm.

Millie and Lilith were close friends being on the same track in the same year. They joined The Emperor's Coven around the same time, though Millie joined a month later than Lilith. Lilith was the person who recommended her for The Emperor's Coven, and Belos was impressed by her abilities, so he welcomed her into his Coven. Ever since then, the two women had each others back. When Millie needed help, Lilith was there and vice versa.
Powers & Abilities[]
- Magic: Millie is highly skilled with magic, enough for Belos to have enough faith in her abilities to help take down Luz, the second All For One user. Like most witches, her connection to magic comes from a sac of magic bile attached to her heart. As a member of the Emperor's Coven, she has access to all types of magic. Although she's not quite as powerful as Eda, Lilith or Emperor Belos, she is still considered a formidable opponent.
- Potion magic: Millie was in the potions track at Hexside as a teenager and can presumably still brew potions.
- Fire magic: Millie can unleash columns of fire from glyph circles conjured from her staff. Her fire spells are said to be so hot that it could melt through skin and bone.
- Plant magic: Millie is able to summon vines the size of tree trunks, giant mushrooms to cushion her fall and Venus flytrap-like flora to eat her foes.
- Flight: Millie can use her staff to fly.
- Forcefield generation: Lilith can use her magic to create a force field, and is shown to be just barely strong enough to withstand Luz's giant fists long enough for her and Riley to get away.
- Light magic: She can fire a beam of light that can pierce a large hole in her target.
- Abomination magic: Millie is capable of creating up to 10 large Abominations, purple humanoid Blob Monsters that mindlessly follow her commands. She can also use the Abomination sludge in the form of a tidal wave, too.
- Lightning magic: She can also fire lightning bolts.
- Beast Keeping magic: With this magic, she can shapeshift into a black cat or a dalmatian dog for stealth and infiltration.
