The Minecraft Death Note is the titular notebook of the fan-made tv show of the same name. It will kill the person whose name is written in its pages. Light Yagami used it on many mobs, and became a psychopath. Once Light Yagami was killed, the Slimes worked together to destroy the Death Note.

It is a black notebook with “Death Note” written on the front.
Part 2[]
It almost retains its exact appearance from Part 1, but it now has an enchanted glint.
Minecraft Death Note S1 Ep1: Rebirth[]
Light Yagami finds the Death Note on the ground. He does not believe it actually works until he tests it on three slimes. It works, and he decides to use it to kill all hostile mobs. He kills 4 zombies, then he goes home. He heads back to school for his prep courses. On the way, he uses the Death Note to kill 3 more Zombies. When he finishes his day of prep school, on the way home, he even kills a burning Skeleton and some more Slimes. Then he goes home.
Minecraft Death Note S1 Ep2: Confrontation[]
Light leaves school, and kills more Slimes with the Death Note. He goes home, takes a shower, and heads back out, only for it to start raining. He tries to put on his rain clothes, but a Zombie comes. He kills the Zombie, then he kills a Phantom that came at him. When Lind L. Tailor introduces himself as L to Light. Tailor calls Light evil, and Light kills him with the Death Note. On the way home, he kills more Slimes, but finds out the real L is hiding in his house.
Minecraft Death Note Volume 2 S1 Ep3: Encounter[]
Light meets L in person. He and L briefly interact before Light Yagami is called up to the stage, and he graduates high school. He leaves, and kills multiple slimes as usual. He even destroys a beehive, which provokes the bees to sting him. He kills 2/3 bees with his Death Note, but the last one gets away. Then he kills another Slime. Then he goes home. He looks out of his window to look at his old school. He takes a shower, then heads back out and kills more Slimes. Afterwards he sees a Sheep. He thinks it over a bit, but then kills the Sheep. He heads back inside. He sees an army of Slimes through his window, and kills all of them with his Death Note. He goes back inside his house, and declares he will kill L.
Minecraft Death Note Volume 2 S1 Ep4: 1.28[]
Light Yagami is in his dorm room. He leaves college to kill more mobs, then he goes to his house. He heads back out and kills more mobs. At daybreak, he discovers most of L’s last last name. He sees Lawlie⬜️, but the last letter is scrambled up. He declares he will kill L. Then he goes to his class. L briefly appears, but the two don’t interact, unlike the last episode. He leaves college after class is over, kills more Slimes, and tries to ride a horse, but the horse makes Light slip off. In retaliation, Light kills the horse with the Death Note. He then goes to his house, then his original room.
Minecraft Death Note Volume 2 S1 Ep5: New World[]
Light Yagami does his usual nightly killing spree of all hostile mobs. He discovers that L’s last name is “Lawliet”. He declares he will kill L Lawliet. He then makes Phantoms extinct. At daybreak, he breaks into L’s house, defeats his unburnt skeletons, and gloats to L. He decides to teleport every existing Slime to him so he can kill them, right before he kills L. The slimes murder Light Yagami, and L Lawliet wins.
