Miranda Elena Weatherly, formerly known as Miranda Elena Raven or Mrs. Raven is the infamous sister-in-law of Paula Weatherly and also the main villainess of Scooby-Doo! The 17th Comrades Arc. She is best known as the infamous younger sister and eternal arch-rival of Jonah Weatherly, the infamous adoptive younger sister of Fauntleroy Donaldson, the estranged wife of Augustus, the estranged daughter-in-law of Terence (Augustus's late father) and Emily Raven (Augustus's mother), and also the infamous mother of Dennis and Dustin Raven.
About Miranda Weatherly[]
Miranda Elena Weatherly is the first and only daughter of a wealthy and seemingly greedy businesswoman named Katrina Weatherly, the younger sister and eternal arch-rival of Jonah Weatherly and also the adoptive younger sister of Fauntleroy Donaldson. Her father Warren Weatherly, who has been long dead, is the eldest of the four children and also the first-born son of Miranda's late paternal grandparents and Katrina's late parents-in-law Clyde and Nancy Weatherly. Most importantly, Miranda is also the niece of Katrina's siblings-in-law Kyle (Warren's younger brother), Samantha (Warren's younger sister) and Gary Weatherly (Warren's youngest brother).

Like her infamous mother and paternal uncle Katrina and Kyle Weatherly respectively, Miranda is very nasty, immoral, selfish, and also lacking empathy for some others.
