Marylen Circle (Mostly known as Miss Circle) is a sadistic teacher who kills and eats any students who get a failing grade. She is the main antagonist of the Fundamental Paper Education story called Nobody Is Born a Monster.
Biography[]
Backstory[]
Miss Circle was born in the year 1986, Born into a rather dysfunctional household with her perfectionist and horrible mother, who horrifically abused both her and her father if they failed to meet her nearly impossible expectations. But despite this, Miss Circle had a great relationship with her father, and both loved each other dearly.
However, when Miss Circle was ten, Miss Circle was driven to school by her father. They got into a car wreck, Her father died rather quickly, and Miss Circle saw it happen. She later had to get her arm removed due to an injury in her left arm, which was later replaced by the "compass arm" she has today. Instead of feeling grief, Miss Circle's mother only became worse, nearly killing Miss Circle on multiple occasions due to her simply failing a single subject. Miss Circle was not even being allowed to grieve the one person who ever truly loved her.
Miss Circle (Due to her arm) was bullied almost endlessly, Not that her mother cared, as when her mother was not hurting her, She just ignored her, However, one day, After being hurt by her mother again, Miss Circle's mother insulted Miss Circles father, This ultimately led to Miss Circle brutally murdering her mother and becoming the monster she is today.
Nobody is born a monster[]
At the start of the fic, she is seen teaching her class, She had a smile that never seemed to leave her face, that is until a student failed her class, she told the student to stay after class, Marylen explains how she got her arm replaced with a prosthetic arm due to an accident when she was 9, before brutally killing and consuming the student. A few weeks later, Miss Circle notices a bully and brutally kills him. One day, Charlotte, a new student, was called to Miss Circle's office. Miss Circle explained to Charlotte the rules of the school before sending her on her way.
The club seeing blood leaking through the door, And then, The doors were busted open, revealing not only their friend's dead body, But Miss Circle also standing in the doorway and said "I hope you know where the exit is, Because if you don't, Not even your parents will recognize you.". Miss Circle, before they could even blink, already had Rose impaled on the ruler part of her arm. The club members then ran out the door, With Miss Circle giving chase, She could easily catch up with them in seconds, But she decided to not do that, and let them try and escape, Only for them to fail, Which didn't take long for one of them, Who was blindly running while looking back sometimes, This caused him to run into a wall, making him easy prey. The rest had no choice but to leave their friend to die, if they tried to save him, they would surely die as well. There was screaming for a moment before it was suddenly silenced. Miss Circle was already back on their tail, It was then that the leader realized that Miss Circle was just toying with them, she could easily catch and kill them in mere moments, But was choosing not to, All seemed hopeless, But then she saw the exit and rushed towards it, and managed to throw the recording outside, just as Miss Circle was going to grab her, And when Miss Circle did, The pencil part of the arm was suddenly shoved through her chest, killing her almost instantly.
After cleaning everything up, Miss Circle went outside and looked for the recording, but little did she know that someone already found it, It was brought to the police, and Miss Circle was arrested later that day, But sadly, This town was corrupt to its core, While they couldn't let Miss Circle off the hook, They gave her 8 years in prison and her teaching license was revoked, A rather light sentence for all that she did. As controversial as that sentencing was, there was little that could be done. 8 years later, Miss Circle is out of prison. And Charlotte is now in her place as a Math teacher and puppeteer. And everything else? It goes on as normal, as if nothing ever happened.
Personality[]
Miss Circle can best be described as a psychopath with little room for failure. She is also a complete sadist who enjoys brutally killing and murdering any failing students, and in some cases, calling them into her office just to kill them and slightly taunting them for being unable to escape.
She is also pretty greedy, As shown when the principal paid her to warn a student and was paid well over 5K to do this, showing that she does possess a bit of greed, which is also shown when she causes the principal to pay her more money out of fear, although that could just be seen as cowardice on the principal's part.
Despite all her negative traits, deep down, Miss Circle is a broken and grieving woman, as even to this day she still loves and misses her father, and as per the story's namesake, she was not born a monster.
