Mitchell Snoots is a character in the fake Mitchell Gets Grounded series finale “Mitchell makes a controversial movie”. He was the leader of his band RainbowZone which planned to merge with the Rainbow Dew Rockers. He made 2 films with his fake movie studio “The Mitchell Company” that he posted, that had 2 different genres. One was “Loads of Horror in my Pocket” which was about the RainbowZone going to a haunted house where they fight The Mime Erasers. Another was “Great Second” which was about a plane crash involving Peter and Lois dying from a plane crash.
He was voiced by the TTS voice Joey.

The video begins with Galfrey at a bus stop where Mitchell sits, causing a guy also sitting there to afraidly run away. He annonces to Mitchell he had bought tapes and discs for their latest movie The Heroes of Amanda Huggingkiss. Mitchell’s dad talks to his co-worker about the movie,and he tells him to watch the trailer for it, which he agrees, Mitchell’s dad walks away from the building to go to his house to watch the film. The film is about Mitchell escaping Camp Krustshine, a summer camp where he was sent to by his parents for alleged shoplifting. He ends up meeting Meg Griffin, who he asks to be equals with him, which she agrees. Meg asks Mitchell to join the RainbowZone, which he celebrates in victory. The trailer ends with a fake quote from New York Times saying how much of a mega hit than any movies made by other animation studios combined, while the RainbowZone performs at a concert. Mitchell’s dad enters his son’s room, saying the film will never be released in theaters.
