Mojo Jojo is the main antagonist of the Lightstone Cinematic Universe feature film The Powerpuff Girls: Standing Together, a crossover between Vyond and the Powerpuff Girls franchise.
He is the arch-nemesis of the Powerpuff Girls who plans to launch an alien invasion on Townsville by using the Apex Gem to power up his laser gun. To find the Apex Gem, he unleashes a raid on a military base, killing several soliders and successfully obtaining the gem, but, realizing that he needed a Powerpuff Girl to fully power the gun and start the alien invasion, he has Buttercup captured by pretending to beg for his life after she got the upper hand on him and then has Chemical X stolen in order to gain superpowers and finally start his ultimate plan.
Creating a large portal with the fully-powered laser gun, he has Townsville invaded by aliens, but his plan is eventually thwarted by the combined efforts of Professor Utonium, Buttercup, Blossom and Bubbles when the alien leader's spaceship is destroyed by a missile and the laser gun is demolished by Utonium's superpowers.

Personality[]
Just like his appearance, Mojo Jojo retains the same personality he had in the original Powerpuff Girls series.
Biography[]
After many of his plans were thwarted by the Powerpuff Girls, Mojo Jojo decides to find a way to launch another invasion on Townsville. One of his henchmen arrives and asks if he has found the Apex Gem. At first, Mojo Jojo doesn't know about what the Apex Gem is, but when he learns that the crystal has the ability to create portals to unleash an invasion on a planet, which pleases him as he would finally be able to take over Earth by using said crystal.
His henchman then gives him a drink, but he shatters the cup and gets furious due to it's bad taste, ordering to have another drink before he can start his plan. Afterwards, Mojo launches a raid on the military base, killing several soliders on his way to the Apex Gem, successfully stealing it. Now with the Apex Gem in his possession, he connects it to his laser gun, hoping it would work. However, the laser gun suddenly malfunctions, making Mojo Jojo mad as he asks his henchmen if there's an alternate power source to further power the gun to which he learns that there is three power sources somewhere. As it turns out, Mojo Jojo learns that the power sources are none other than the Powerpuff Girls and decides to have one of them captured as a way to power his gun.
While Professor Utonium brings the Powerpuff Girls to a restaurant, Mojo Jojo sneaks inside with his henchmen and goes to the dining area to encounter Professor Utonium, telling him that he would like to babysit one of the Powerpuff Girls. Utonium refuses as he knows what he would do if one of his girls was handed over to him. Irritated, he threatens Utonium to have his head blown off if he doesn't comply, forcing the latter to accept into having Buttercup given to him due to her being sometimes spoiled. At that moment, Mojo is interrupted by the Powerpuff Girls who saw the whole ordeal. Due to Mojo only wanting Buttercup to come with him, he engages her to a fight, but is quickly defeated.
However, this was all part of a trap as when he pretends to beg for mercy when Buttercup is about to finish him off, he has her knocked unconscious by a beam, allowing him to bring her to his lair where he would start experimenting on her powers. Locking Buttercup in a cage, he starts transferring her powers to his weapon as she starts crying from the pain he causes to her. This source of power refuels the Apex Gem, allowing it to be used again, but Mojo wasn't finished yet as he decides to gain superpowers via Chemical X before getting on with his plan.
After one of his henchmen stole Chemical X from Utonium's house for him, Mojo approaches Buttercup and, as the latter is shocked about the Chemical X in his possession, drinks it, gaining superpowers in the process. Now ready to start his plan, he goes to his lab and fires a portal into the sky using his now fully-powered laser gun, leading to a horde of aliens invading Townsville and causing mass destruction. However, unfortunately for him, as the plan was going well, Professor Utonium and the Powerpuff Girls encounter him, starting a final battle. Getting the upper hand thanks to his superpowers, he nearly kills Blossom and Bubbles with a fireball, only to be stopped by Buttercup and Professor Utonium, ultimately defeating him.
Despite being defeated, Mojo Jojo tells them that in three minutes, a nuclear missile sent by the military forces in an attempt to end the alien invasion will kill everyone in the town. This gave the Powerpuff Girls an idea however, deciding to direct the missile to the alien leader's ship in order to destroy it and have Utonium destroy Mojo Jojo's laser gun to close the portal. After the alien leader's ship and the laser gun was destroyed, Townsville is saved from Mojo Jojo's domination once more.

- Like the Powerpuff Girls and Mojo Jojo's henchmen in the movie, he doesn't appear in a GoAnimate-styled design and instead uses his original design with various animated expressions.
