Monika is the main antagonist of Madame Macabre's music video "Only Monika" Unlike her original counterpart, this version of Monika is depicted to be much viler and darker than she originally is in the famous game Doki Doki Literature Club.

Biography

Her Backstory is unknown. Although she does have self awareness that she is in a game. She greets the player in a seemingly friendly way. Thus obsessing over the player. When she gets jealous of other girls being more appealing to the player. She messes up the game by causing her friends to commit suicide in the worst ways possible.

Once that is done, she locks up the player in her world, trapping the player forever in her world.

Personality

Unlike her canon version, who is nice, honorable and sympathetic. This version is far from it, as she choses to mind-rape her friends without remorse. She caused them to commit suicide in the worst ways possible and removes Natsuki just for standing in her way.

Unlike her canon version Her "love" for the player is just lustful obsession, as she choses to trap player in her world forever, she also destroyed it to make sure she wouldn't be deleted and would prove to be an intelligent psychopath.

She also is sadistic and cruel. Cackling at the deaths of Sayori, Yuri and Natsuki, this shows how petty and arrogant she is as well, giving unlike her canon version who shows no sadism, this version shows sadism and a lack of remorse, empathy, regret and guilt, showing her antisocial behavior.

Additionally, her petty behavior comes from where she removed Natsuki for no other reason than just for standing in her way, since Natsuki had nothing to do with ruining her plans and this was a petty reason to remove her.

Overall, Monika here is a sadistic, cruel, heartless, arrogant and emotionless hypocrite who cares about no one, but herself, since this Monika is emotionless and unable to feel remorse, guilt, fear, regret, loneliness or emotional pain and this makes her dangerous when combined with her intelligence.

Trivia

• This version is a Karma Houdini, while her canon version is a Scapegoat, due to how she suffered a lot and tried to redeemed herself. Whereas, this version feels no remorse and choses to drive her friends to commit suicide in the worst ways possible and gets away with it.
• Unlike canon, this Monika is geinunely malevolent and sadistic as she is choses to do wrong and never regrets it.
