The Mother Swan and Duck's Siblings are the main antagonists of The Ugly Duckling Analog Horror. They are the former parent and siblings to Duck who were responsible for his fall into insanity.
History[]
Throughout Duck's life, he was actively shamed by Mother Swan and his siblings for how he looked and for being different from the others. This shaming was eventually what led to Duck becoming vengeful and to the deaths of Mother Swan's kids and the presumed death of Mother Swan by the very child they shunned.

Mother Swan[]
Mother Swan looks a lot like real-life swans, but she looks more cartoony than real.
Duck's Siblings[]
As cygnets, each of their individual plumage is grayish-blue, a really dark teal, a really dark shade of pink or red, a really dark orange, and a really dark yellow. Among the siblings, one is named Simon and another Sylvie.
Simon[]
Simon is the rudest of the bunch.
Silvie[]
Unlike other siblings, who showed no remorse for their actions, Silvie was the only one who felt remorse for her actions compared to Simon, who didn't cared at all, making Silvie call out Simon for how they treated Duck differently.
Personality[]
Duck's family are alike in personality for the most part, with Duck himself as the sole exception. They are all egotistical and only care about themselves. They actively shun Duck simply for looking different. They also sometimes compare each other's looks, but they primarily pick on Duck. As adults, Sylvie regrets what she's done, but Simon shows no remorse whatsoever.

Trivia[]
- It is possible that Sylvie's behavior as a grown swan avoids her from being a Hate Sink unlike the rest of her family and mother who bullied Duck since she feels sympathy for what she has done to him.
- In this version, Ugly Duckling is actually a duckling, not a swan like in original story. Here, his siblings and mother are swans and not ducks
